We have been here for three weeks already. We have been many times and enjoy coming back always. One of the highlights of the resort is the staff and the service they provide. They are the very best….friendly and extremely helpful. They always welcome us home! I want to especially mention Luis from entertainment. He always makes us feel so welcome. Adriana is very entertaining and graceful doing water aerobics. Very enjoyable. This is what keeps us coming back……this amazing staff.

Mexico I love you! Our trip as family was lovely! Entertainment team made our holiday! Specially Luis, he was so so so much fun! Great energy every day and got everyone engaged in all activities, love him! Thank you Luis for making our holiday so fun!

We have had the loveliest two weeks here. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful food, drinks and so much to do. A big shout out to Luis from the entertainment for making our holiday so fun - the whole family loved him and would look forward to seeing him every day! This is a fantastic resort for anyone looking to have a holiday with brilliant pools, beaches and experiences. We spent 2 weeks enjoying everything the sea, drinks, food and staff have to offer. A special mention to Luis, Maria and Jose on the resorts entertainment team! If you do come be sure to look out for them and they’ll be sure to keep you busy with activities and fun! Will definitely be coming back.

Is our first time visiting this place and we fall in love of it. Everything looks absolutely beautiful, we’ve been reading lots of reviews about this place, good and bad ones and then I can say that this is a 5 stars place and saying this for the service, cause the service staff is always so satisfied. We want to give a shoutout to Maria, Jose cause this guys are nice, and we want to say thank you to Luana and Benjamin at the other side cause they help us with some of the activities, but we want to give a really special mention to Luis ?? He was our one and only Sexy Luis, I have adopted him and he is coming home with us, Thank you Luis for making our stay memorable ??????
