Excellent experience and resor! Great choice of restaurants and food, different choices of plenty of pool vibes, quiet resort and spa is devine. Freddy and Eugeneo at the quiet pool made our trip the best. Excellent service, lots of fun, good suggestions on drinks, good company, quick service. These are elite employees at a wonderful resort!

Perhaps our favorite Cancun destination - can't really pick out why - maybe the food, maybe the people/staff, or the serene location? Best restaurants are the Italian and French Our Butlers Alex and Alejandro [A & A] were beyond outstanding -- at the GREAT 20-87 breakfast, Francisco manages a top- quality staff led by the phenomenal Jasmin and Astrid [absolute best]. The folks who help with the daily 6 p.m. crafts hour are really great. Try it out! Overall quality of the entire pool staff - towel folks, wait-staff, chefs [pizza is great] Going back in June and again in December --- can't wait !!

This is our 5th visit to Unico. My wife and I love the location, beach area, and facilities. Food at all Resturants was delicious. Hotel staff are all friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our only complaint is the delay in getting to our room on arrival because of the “hard sell” presentation for vacation packages. This experience is not a pleasant way to begin a stay.

Just about to finish our fifth trip to Unico 2087. Being our fifth time we obviously love it, but this years trip was the best ever. From easy transportation from CUN to the resort, to being greeted by our Legendary “rep” Gabriel within 5 minutes of arrival we knew we were at our home away from home. Came with a total of 8 ppl this trip and the butlers (especially Javier) made sure everything was smooth sailing in terms of dinner reservations, spa appointments, chair & cabana reservations, etc. We spent the vast majority of our time at the “quiet pool” where we received EXCELLENT service from Freddie and (I’m sure I’m spelling this wrong) Eugenio. Simon was a superstar behind the swim up bar, always ready with a smile (and a refil). The new French restaurant has opened since our last trip and the consensus was it was the best meal we’d all ever eaten at alll inclusive restaurant. Already discussing logistics for our next trip here, it’s better every time so I can’t imagine what will improve next time!!

Roger & Eduardo definitely made our trip most enjoyable, awesome service. Everything from the room to our dining experience was excellent.
