What an amazing big experience! Roger and Flores took care of every detail and we were completely spoiled. Thank you both for a trip to remember.

We had the best time and our host Laura Flores made sure we were taken care of. She always had a smile on her face and kept us “in the know” with everything. The absolute BEST!

"I have been a Hall of Fame member for the past 15 years, but this was my first time visiting UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya (Cancun). The hotel facilities and services are distinctively premium and elevated compared to other resorts. Because it is an adults-only property, the environment was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and peaceful.In particular, the restaurants offered outstanding food quality and service, reaching a level of satisfaction akin to a mini-Michelin star experience. Above all, our local hosts (butlers), Berenice and Eric, made our vacation so much more relaxing and enjoyable with their exceptional service. We plan to return in the near future. Thank you once again."

Wow. What an amazing hotel. I will try and keep this short and to the point. Room was immaculate. Food incredible. Breakfast is buffet in 20 87 and table service in the Italian restaurant both have lots of choice. Lunch we got from the coffee shop or pool bar. Dinners were all amazing. Booking restaurants, we booked before we arrived but swapped and changed once there through our host who was also amazing. We are uk based so not used to the tipping but we tipped the bell boy, house keeping, bar staff, waiting staff, our host, drivers, you name it we tipped and received excellent service for it. Pool superb. Quite a few daily activities. Beach, looked beautiful but couldn't go on there or use the sea due to the amount of seaweed! Wildlife around the resort was insane, saw lots of firsts! Had to use the hotel doctor, they were also amazing and I couldn't fault the service I received. A definite 10/10

I love Unico! I’ve been 2x and quality has remained top notch! Great food, pools and rooms are so nice! Love that they give you a local host to help get things set up and make it all easy - Manuel was amazing and so helpful!
