This is a beautiful place on the beach. the atmosphere is quite the areas are clean. Surrounded by beautiful vegetation, with very well-kept gardens. The rooms are very nice with a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. every thing is very clean and are cleaned twice a day and very quite. perefect for relax the service is excellent. we want to recognize We would like to acknowledge some of our many service personnel all of whom are very professional. Location is good The atmosphere was quite and nice Room was clean and it was cleaning twice per day. Very nice room No noise Service excellent Amenities was good; bingo, lottery but it will be much better there was a theatre

Unico is a gorgeous resort with wonderful service and food. We spent a week laying poolside and never once had trouble getting a chair or umbrella. There was never any trouble getting a drink or food delievered at the pool. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Our host Luis LH did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed. He even had the room decorated with balloons, candy and a pinata for my husband's birthday. There are several restaurants with something for everyone. My favorite was the French and Italian. If you are looking for a higher end, adults only, relaxing not partying atmosphere in Cancun/Maya Riviera, Unico is the place.

All staff is very friendly and welcoming. No matter what time of the day it is. Always welcoming. Great restaurants and cocktail bar. Special mention to our local host who to care of everything for is. Thank you Janet ?? Always smiling and willing to help with anything.

My general experience was great, food was amazing, room was very good in size and very comfortable. Few things can be improved but we made sure we gave our honest feedback. Spa service was great and also the service. Our host Laura was very helpful and always on top of every detail to make sure our dinners and every activity were scheduled.
