Unico 20 87 was a great all inclusive place to stay and eat. The food was good and all the staff was very nice and helpful. Our host Luis LH took great care of us while we were there.

This was our 14th time to stay at Unico. It is an all inclusive, adult only hotel. There are 5 rest to choose from and an outdoor pizza oven for poolside treats. The service provided is top notch, and one of the reasons why we keep coming back. Our local host Laura, made all of our reservations and checked on us daily. She makes sure everything is running smooth and guests are well taken care of. At the pool we also had great drink service by Uriel. He kept the drinks flowing and brought food to our chairs poolside. Another shout out to Angel at the Italian restaurant called MI Carisa. He provided excellent service and we returned twice because of him. The customer service was excellent throughout the property, but Laura, Uriel and Angel made this trip memorable.

We had a wonderful trip with our company at Unico 2087! I would highly recommend this resort. It was beautiful, well maintained, clean and overall great atmosphere. The room was one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Also, our host, Manuel, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Anything we asked, he made happen. We were able to book excursions to go see the Myan Ruins in Tulum, as well as tour the caves at Rio Secreto. 10/10 service and experience!
