Super Service by Ambar, our Local Host

The resort was superb but what stood out the most to me was my local host, Ambar’s, service. She was always on top of responding, answering questions, researching options, and stopped by frequently to ensure our stay was a pleasure. Thank you, Ambar! We will always seek you out. And your are definitely the funnest host!

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts and will definitely not be the first and only time we go. The resort assigned us such a helpful liaison by the name of Eduardo who was always there to help us with anything we needed and we cannot thank him enough for making our experience superb. Apart form the excellent service, the activities and dining experiences were also top notch. 10/10 experience and cannot wait to be back!

Unico has been our favorite vacation spot since 2019. Service, food and facilities are great. Roger and Flores were so good and took care of every need. Melissa at the Mi Carisa for breakfast was great. Irving at Mi Carisa and Angel at Muro House made the dinner experiences better as well. Yigit
