We were at the resort for a family friends wedding. The resort was beautiful! The grounds are well maintained and the structure is very stable! The staff is very friendly and will work hard for a tip! The employees who are waiters for the White Out and wedding reception were attentive and respectful. The room service food was very good! All the restaurants we ate at were delicious! Steak, Italian and Japanese. Very good all inclusive experience!

The hotel was truly luxurious! The food amazing and staff perfect! The beach glorious! We had a great experience. The only warning I’d give is that they attempt to sell you a timeshare as you check in. After traveling all day and such it took my husband a little bit to realize we weren’t meeting our host (who is your hotel contact) but a sales person before our host. It wasn’t a bad experience just wish we would have known who we were meeting with before going into it. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

My first time visiting Unico was a remarkable experience from beginning to end. I was greeted by staff with a cool refreshing minty facecloth upon arrival. After checking in, I was escorted to my room by a gentleman who explained everything about the property and pointed out key places for me to eat, relax or play. My butler made contact with me on Day two and was very friendly and quick to respond to my requests. He prepared a bath for me in the tub on my balcony which was divine. The food at all the restaurants was delicious. I had so much fun at the pool everyday. When my group arrived at the pool, a lot of the other guests gravitated towards us and wanted to know who we were and if we all knew each other. Of course, many of us only met for the first time at the resort. Our energy was contagious at the pool and the night club. We were the life of the party! ???? I love all-inclusive resorts and this one ranks at the top of my list! ??

25th anniversary trip. Fernando was amazing and made our vacation effortless. Food and beverage service was top notch. Facilities were exceptionally clean and staff was more than helpful throughout our entire stay. Pools and pool service was great

Beautiful hotel , excellent service , good food. Since the moment we arrived we felt welcome . Our concierge H Aguirre made sure all our dinner reservations were accommodating to our schedule. He was always a text or call away for any request that we had . The restaurant personal very attentive and friendly . Same a pool /beach servers.
