Without doubt, the staff at Unico 20 87 make the hotel what it is. They are polite, happy, pleased to help, socialable and professional - and Axel Rodrigues and Maria Rodrigues (our Concierge and pool/towel Attendant, not related to each other) were exceptionally so.

We had a great time for our 25 year anniversary. Berenice was our host and was great and helpful with anything we needed. Only downside was we went to membership presentation so we could get the free couples massage. They kept assuring us that there was no pressure if we didn’t want to buy in. That was the opposite. After we told them no they sent 3 or 4 more people over to us trying different ways to get us to buy in. Then followed up with phone calls every morning between 9-930 until I bluntly told them to STOP calling me about the presentation.

The Service is GREAT here. Went for a daughter & mother trip.. my Bed was Perfect and Comfortable. Staff was amazing and so Welcoming. The Host Karen was very full & gave us all the heads up. Extremely grateful for Juan at the members dinner banquet. He did his thing with consistency. Andrea who gave us the Beach tour and does fabulous with water Cycling class. Sebastian is wonderful with Zumba class & water activities and more. Erick gave us great advice on what to eat , very helpful. I can gooo On:) Enjoy! You won’t regret!

This was our first Adults-Only family trip and OMG it was Ah-mazing!!! From the moment we arrived it was a 5star experience. We were greeted by staff before entering with refreshing, cold, moist, essential oil infused towels. They already knew our names. Upon entering the lobby we were walked over to sit and relax at the very beautiful and welcoming lobby. The scent was invigorating and calming. I’d like to shout out a few amazing people we were lucky enough to encounter during this stay at Unico: JAZ was amazing from the first moment we met him! He was so full of energy, fun and treated us like family right away. Jaz took care of the check in and was great. He gave us a run down of the resort. We encountered him several other times during our 8day stay and it he has was positive, welcoming, friendly and so much fun each and every time! ISMAEL was our Local Host and he was amazing! His demeanor was professional and polite. He was very sweet, funny and attentive. He checked in repeatedly to make sure everything was exceedingly our expectations, he made dinner reservations for use for the week, spa and mixology class reservations as well. He sent us the daily resort activities daily and was overall just an amazing person to work with. He really should be running the Local Hosts and Director or similar - I cannot say enough great things about him! HUGO, sommelier at La Botella and restaurants. We initially met Hugo poolside as he was offering premium tequila shots and cigars. We then saw him a few more times as the sommelier at the restaurants. He was such as sweetheart! He was patient with our questions, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted us with picking just the perfect wine pairings for our dinners. He was professional and genuine, while being sweet and kind. Lastly, RODRIGO our butler! Rodrigo was great! He tended to our every need and desire. He provided us with reminders as to our activities, saw us off to our activities and made sure transportation was secured. Helped with Kate check out and was an absolute please! He was assisted by Laura and Javier on a few occasions and none of them ever fell short. Rodrigo always went beyond our expectations and requests and had great communication. The resort in itself is great but I’d is definitely the staff that made our stay absolutely memorable and one of a kind! Upon our departure, we were able to say bye to all of them as they came to see us off! They are the reason we will be returning to Unico, year after year as they are now our extend Unico family. A few of my suggestions before your stay, download WhatsApp as it will help in communicating with the staff and being cash for tips. Everyone we encountered was very welcoming, hospitable and willing to make our stay amazing! See you soon!

The experience was unique just as it's name, the services is above all expectations. The people there make us feel like royalty. We had Marcos as butler really took care of all details like we're offered. The restaurant and their services were incredibly good starting at Mi Carisa Mediterranean with Mr Irving rest. Chief & Miguel the waiter was extraordinary service. Mura House Asian with Antonio. Aceneth on public relations and many other to mention. Very highly recommended. Can't wait to go back.
