My husband and I visited the Valentin in January. I booked the hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. It was exactly how people described it. The hotel employees were excellent, the food was very good, the drinks were outstanding. The beach was great, and we went every day. Unfortunately for us, the weather didn't cooperate the best. Due to impending weather in the midwest, the airlines cancelled our flight days ahead of time. The hotel was very accommodating, and we were able to stay an extra day in the same room. I have a couple of small critiques about the hotel. I would like more choices for snacks in the room. There is a full fridge, but the only snack was a bag of chips. I called to have the fridge restocked, and I was told there were no other options for snacks. W e could always order room service as the alternate choice. I wish they would allow men to wear nice shorts to dinner. It's quite warm outside, and the men have to wear pants to dinner at the majority of the restaurants. For some reason woman can wear nice Bermuda shorts , but men can't. Overall, we had a nice 5 days at the resort . We have already talked about going back next year. We are going to bring some friends with next time.

The resort is very clean and in great shape! All the staff were amazing to work with! Nothing bad to say about this resort! The food and dinging experience was unbelievable, loved it! Will visit again!
