My family and I had an amazing time at Valentin. The customer service was too notch! Unfortunately the beach was closed but the pool was wonderful! We enjoyed the food, especially the vanilla Churros every evening! We can’t wait for our next trip

We always have a great experience at Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya. It was our fourth time returning trip and we will be back again next year. We always choose a beach front top floor room in the Emerald Suites and our travel friends always choose the Golden Pool rooms. You cannot go wrong with either. Food, entertainment and grounds are top notch! I would highly recommend purchasing the Prive' Package if you want cabana beds on the beach and the extras that come with the package. In our opinion it is worth the extra money. Also, I highly recommend bringing at least $200 in ones and two-dollar bills for tips. Look forward to next year already.

My husband and I visited the Valentín Imperial for our honeymoon! We loved it! We were recommended the resort by my mother, who has been there three times and a fourth in July. The resort is beautiful; the design is inspired by Spanish architecture and is very well kept and landscaped. There are two pools - the main pool is our favorite where I partook in water aerobics almost everyday! The entertainment team at the resort is so fun and provided a plethora of different activities for us to do! We learned how to make guacamole and we even did rifle shooting! The animals that reside at the resort are so cute and did not bother us at all, they actually added to the experience! There are many food options at the resort; our favorite dishes were the rib eye at La Hacienda and the filet mignon and onion soup at L’Alsace. Our favorite part of the resort was definitely the superior service we received from everyone working there. It was so fun to create bonds with the different employees that we would see everyday and get to know. Everything ran seamlessly from pick up at the airport to drop off! Everyone at the Valentín knows what they are doing! Everyone was extremely professional, we would highly recommend!

The room was beautiful and great hospitality! We felt very safe! The food and beverages were wonderful and lots of options! Everyone was super friendly and nice! The churros were great and the coffee shop was amazing! We celebrated our 10 anniversary and it was a romantic getaway!

VIM is a beautiful resort. The lush grounds with winding paths is absolutely stunning. The property is an old Spanish hacienda style resort. You feel like you are in the jungle. The rooms are clean, well appointed, and comfy. The main pool is huge and has lively entertainment. The golden pool is a lagoon style pool that is more laid back and quiet. The restaurants were beautiful and served the best food we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff are professional and very attentive. We absolutely loved this resort. We will definitely be back.
