Always a wonderful time from day one on. We enjoyed great service, food, and entertainment all weeklong. A special shout out to Damian for wonderful drink service at the beach. He was not only attentive but a pleasure to see each day and speak with. Also, we had great service from Virginia and Oscar! We look forward to our next visit!

Just returned from this paradise. We’ve stayed at many resorts in the Riviera Maya region and this one truly has the most beautiful landscape. The entertainment team kept everyone entertained and they really are great at getting to know you. A shout out to Sairy and Raciel for making it a special trip! The food was great at all the restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Italian and the French. The hibachi was delicious and entertaining. You have to make a reservation for that one on the same day. Get there early for that. This place is one that I would consider returning. ????

Just came back from our 12th visit to VIM. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at VIM because we got married at VIM. We love the resort, the large pool and the entertainment but the staff is the reason we keep coming back. Special shout out to our favorites: Amanda in the cigar lounge. She is fun and always takes really good care of us. Alan in Don Miguel or the Sports Bar. He remembers us every year and is always happy to serve us and treats us very well. Anjel - he was our head waiter for our wedding and has become our familia over the years. He is always fun to be around and always has a smile on his face. We love to see these 3 every year - best of the best! Also, a shout out to the sommeliers this year - they were very attentive to us.

The setting and the restaurants are nice enough, but don’t expect to be able to sit by the pool when you’d like to as everything is “reserved”

We stayed Feb 26- Mar 5, 2026. Wonderful property very scenic tons of wildlife everywhere. All buildings are set in a jungle and it’s almost impossible to see them unless you walk right up to them. We had a 2nd floor emerald suite and the views of the beach and ocean were amazing ( hint building 12 second floor Is the best). Food was great, room service superb and the staff cannot do enough for you! GO team had us very active for 7days and the evening entertainment had us up late every night. This resort has it all just have to go 20 plus times to find your groove . There are 3 pools all with their own vibe, main pool is the social pool where the party is at, the golden pool where it is a little less social but very relaxing and the silver pool which to me was the reading pool. The resort boasts an extensive beach with basically 4 sections to it, from very secluded out by building 9, semi secluded at building 12( secret beach bar) the privi section with bali beds from building 14-15 to the regular chairs and palapa with the volleyball and roped off swimming area. Wave seemed quite large and sargassum was bad. Red flags most days but didn’t stop the die hards playing in the waves and the tractor works hard to try and remove most of the weeds. Oscar at the beach service worked his tail off every day, Fabiola at Ginger restaurant was funny and provided wonderful service for us! Chair game is heavy be prepared to play it. Staff might do something if anyone complained but multiple days people grabbed a couple chairs in the shade as well as the sun so they have options to move around. Shade is the goal for most as all shaded chairs were reserved by 8 AM each morning. Definitely a must try for anyone looking for a fun experience, we met so many great people every day and had a ton of laughs.
