Everyone was extremely friendly. Dora was my absolute favorite. Ginger was the best restaurant on the resort. Drinks are strong as bulls and the sun is hot as hell.

Hospitality is perfect! We hung by the pool most of our trip and met Dora and man she was a doll! Recommending excursions and chit chatting with us and was so memorable! Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent service and great food. Surf and turf has great food breakfast and dinner. Room always clean and fresh towels everyday. Service is excellent always come by to check if ur needed any drinks or food

Location of emerald suites and privates beaches were great. Wish we had more cleaning service in morning and turn down service every night. Churro cart was amazing!!!! Ginger was the best restaurant. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

We are here now. Friends checked in yesterday. Apparently the safe was not functioning correctly and when we went to dinner last night someone came in and went thru the safe, all of their bags and wallets and took over 1000 dollars in cash. When we spoke to management they said they needed paper proof that there was money in the first place They have not been here 24 houra yet.
