Over all experience was amazing from the front desk Mia and the valet attendance Jake and Eric . Were amazing the manager Debra was very helpful arranging everything. I am truly grateful for all of the help everyone did for us to make our experience amazing. Awesome property in a wonderful location! Rooms were spotlessly clean and service was on point. Top of the Hyatt just reopened and I suggest going for great drinks/apps and an amazing view! Well done!

We stayed at the Manchester Hyatt in the Grand Suite and adjacent 2 bedrooms as part of a family holiday together. I want to thank Victoria for all the effort she put forth to get our rooms together and unaffected by the ongoing renovation work at the hotel during this time. She was so dedicated to making our family stay go smoothly. What a special asset she is to the Manchester Hyatt. Actually all the front desk staff was nice and helpful. Basal put forth extra effort to help us retrieve something we left in the room which had sentimental value. Even though the Hyatt Club was closed for remodel, the setup for breakfast in the lounge in the lobby was nice for breakfast. I thank the staff for the support we received for our holday.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We have stayed here about once a year for 20 years and we are always treated like royalty. We won't stay anywhere else in San Diego!

Worst Hyatt experience I have ever had. Towels were way way way too rough; I've had better towels at Motel6. Maid forgot to leave washcloths, which took 3 requests and many hours to get more. Toilet paper plies did not stick together; every time you tore the toilet paper, one of the plies would separate from its match--very annoying. Maid serviced my daughter's bathroom but did not make the bed. Maid overlooked my Kleenex box signaling a changeout was needed. In-room phone did not work at all. Hotel was very noisy. Even the maids were letting the doors bang closed. Terrible management in my opinion. Staff in the lobby were all very nice however. Just bad towels, bad toilet paper, bad maid service, and bad noise.
