Beautiful hotel at a great location, Seaport Village is so convenient with really great food and coffee choices. The walking trail on the water was awesome, I can’t wait to go back with my husband for a vacation after this business trip. And the bar on the 40th floor is a hidden gem!

I wholeheartedly recommend the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego – it’s a solid 10/10! The property is stunning, with impeccable service from a truly incredible staff. The rooms were spotless; housekeeping maintained pristine conditions throughout my stay, which was especially comforting after long days at a convention. The beds are extremely comfortable, though the pillows are down, which aren't my favorite. However, the hotel was quick to accommodate my request for non-feather pillows, sending up replacements immediately. Pre-dinner champagne at The Landing was a delight with crisp selections served by JoJo, our super attentive waitress. The breakfast buffet is another highlight, offering a delicious array of options with sweet and attentive waiters ensuring a pleasant start to the day. The front desk manager also went above and beyond in assisting us with packages shipped for our convention, ensuring everything was smoothly handled. A special mention goes to the Balmain bathroom amenities – a luxurious touch that truly enhanced my overall experience. Attention to detail is clearly a priority here. The views from the hotel are stunning, and while my fifth-floor room view was limited due to my request for adjacent rooms with a coworker, higher floors are highly recommended for the best vistas. If you’re visiting San Diego and looking for a top-notch experience with excellent amenities and service, the Manchester Grand Hyatt should definitely be on your list.

Excellent high-end facility, easy check in, quick service overall; baggage check, signage very good, where needed. There for business, impressed with catering services and staff and choice of foods. Hotel restaurant again excellent service but only buffet, wish there was a short menu offered. Easy walking distance to sites, restaurants and popular downtown areas.

Exceptional service in all aspects of my stay. Highly recommended and will stay here again for sure Asked for a room upgrade to corner room for city and bay views on 25th floor. Night-time city lights were spectacular. Bourbon selections were top shelf. Enjoyed George Remus Highest Rye aged 6 years from Lawrenceburg Indiana.

Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the Bell hops to the cleanliness of the hotel, bathrooms, and the friendly employees, it was all a 10 in our book! The breakfast bar was outstanding, the dining room staff was great, especially Sammy, our waiter.
