Their roof top bar sells cocktails at $27. 60% of the the contents of the glass is ice - or you can pay $18 for a glass of wine from a bottle that retails for $12. When you leave they add a $40 destination charge and tax on this charge. Never going back again. Breakfast was good but the service lousy. An issue trying to get milk for our coffee, they don't clear your plates until you stack them and then bring a trolly of bus tubs filled with dirty plates to your table and collect them. Lovely to see while you are eating. Stay somewhere else and don't get ripped off.

My stay with Hyatt is always good and I'm always satisfied with the service. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

I stayed at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego for the 2024 Yardi conference. It was great to stay at the same hotel as the conference. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. The room was clean and very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay there for a vacation.

The conference meeting rooms were great and the temperatures were just right. The room was super and the bathroom immaculate! All of the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely well trained! Kudos to the management and supervision for your people. They are the best!

The hotel is in the perfect spot and close to so many places. Seaport Village is literally in the back and the Gaslamp is across the street. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful
