Room 573 Seaport Tower side is an adequate double double w a bathtub/shower combo. AC was anemic so opened the window. Fridge in room didn’t chill so they sent up a separate unit

The construction in the hotel is happening, so be aware. I had no hot water throughout my stay, and the elevators were so slow. Would not recommend unless you have to stay here

clean, freindly staff, amazing pool and hot tub, fitness center was amazing, amazing view, acess to the sea walk, just the room is smaller than expected. not multiple options when I booked the room, Like having a Sofa bed in it.

Front desk staff was rude, dismissive and condescending. Had a really bad experience. They kept wanting me to move out of the line and wouldn't even let me finish the sentence.

Great baby moon experience. Lovely updated room- very clean and nice. Pool was great. Food and drinks were good- very expensive but we anticipated this ahead of time. Would recommend for a vacation spot.
