Fabulous views and a great location!

Fantastic property with gorgeous ocean views. Would have been 5 Stars except the main pool (Family) was milky white for days and the backup pool (Adult) was smaller, and tucked out of sight on another floor, and had no apparent Food & Beverage service. Moral: "Go for the view, not the pools."
Conference Upgrade!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for an international hydropower conference. The venue was luxurious and pleasant. The location was ideal for access to many amazing restaurants and attractions. The hotel was very luxurious, clean, and the staff was always courteous and helpful. This is definitely a place I plan on coming back to!
Great Location, but just Okay!

Location is excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel housekeeping not very good as we had so ask for basic supplies on a daily basis. For example, coffee, coffee cups, tissues, toilet paper, towels. Quality of towels for this type of hotel was lacking. Some of the towels were stained and worn out. Towels needed to be replaced.

The hotel was beautiful very clean, the staff were so friendly. The rooms were impressively clean. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel was in the perfect location to walk just about everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
