Blanca checked us in and treated us like family. She went above and beyond. I would come back just knowing that people like her work here. The restaurant on the first floor Tratto is pretty darn good too.
Leave your valuables at home

My cousins and I stayed for a birthday and I stay there for , September 3 to the 4th and upon leaving the room we left a few valuable items and Anna the supervisor for Lost and Found never returned. Our calls never responded to our inquiries. It’s a travesty that they cannot respond to Lost and Found if they have a lost and found department so if you have anything, that’s a value that means anything at all to you don’t take it to the marker, you’ll become a mark after several attempts I’m over it they can keep the items. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy customer beware! Did I mention it’s only a few blocks from the tenderloin not very safe, so don’t go out at night
