This was a wonderful experience. We loved using my Globalist status. We loved the staff, activities available, food, cleanliness.
Great Stay! Great Room! Meh Regency Club Breakfast

Booked the Regency Club room for NYE, which was FANTASTIC...Very spacious and great view of the fireworks! Breakfast at the Regency Club was just okay...Better to find a local restaurant.
Terrible NYE car valet

Had to wait in line for the valet over 90 minutes on New Year's Eve this year; last year was 3-4 minutes, definitely didn't have enough staff. After that, the restaurant closes at 11:30AM until 5PM, having to find someplace outside the hotel for a decent lunch. The room was OK, nothing special and the staff after valet were helpful.

Great service from the staff from Bell desk to the restaurants. Would recommend room with patio if you have a dog. Also, had a good size gym with cable machines, lots of free weights, and treadmills

The Hyatt Embarcadero very good hotel to stay in, location wise, the property and the environment. I always stay here when I am in the city.
