We loved this hotel. It was close to everything. We had enough room for a family of 4. The hotel ambience was amazing. We can’t wait to go back

Very updated room. Good bar service and food. Attentive/responsive staff. Great location with views of the Bay, Ferry Building nearby and BART is at the front entrance.

Wonderful hotel and the rotating lounge is very cool! Everyone is so helpful and any hotel that is welcoming and accommodates my children is a 10 forever!

Celebrated our 57th anniversary at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. We have stayed at this hotel may times. The architecture of the hotel and the Embarcadero Center is outstanding. Aiz Mercer, the assistant front desk manager made our visit even more special by providing outstanding customer service. Our dinner at the Eclipse restaurant was excellent!

Excellent service, courteous and friendly staff. The conference food (breakfasts and lunches) was excellent. All services and facilities were clean and pleasant.
