Loved our stay at the Hyatt Embarcadero! Location was PERFECT for ferry building breakfast, Exploratorium, F line up to Fisherman's wharf, and start of cable car line. Very safe and felt secure the entire time. Lots of restaurants nearby and didn't need our car, steps away from all types of food. Hotel itself was beautiful. Well taken care of rooms, lobby visually very interesting- clean, lots of places to sit and relax/read/eat. Everyone we met from the valet to bell hop to front desk was very attentive and welcoming. Kids (age 5, 9) absolutely loved it. Will definitely be our go-to hotel for future SF vacations.

The hotel stay was expensive with valet parking only . Public parking was available close by. Breakfast for 3 people was over 100 dollars and ok. The hotel was well positioned, close to the pier and within 30 minutes walking distance to the wharf. Lovely decor and good service, however poor score is due to being overcharged and issues remaining unresolved. The Queen beds were smaller comparing to other hotels.

Needed to escape the heat so we headed to SF for the weekend. Our stay was great! Steps away from Farmers Market at the Ferry Building, Trolley, and bus lines made getting around a breeze. Loved our balcony and the Bay view. Quiet, clean room, at a completely reasonable price couldn't have asked for more!

I loved the room’s layout, spaciousness and the sitting area. The view of the bay from our room was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, professional and responded quickly to our needs. Made us feel very welcomed.
