Fantastic hotel with amazing location.

Great location and beautiful views inside and out. We had a bay-view room and it was great to see the ferry building and bay bridge lights at night. The hotel is so unique with its atrium lobby and rotating club lounge. I grew up in San Francisco and had great joy seeing this hotel modernized and maintained on the inside, while still giving all the nostalgic feels of when we’ve visited many many years ago. The location sets you up for a perfect Saturday morning with the ferry building farmers market just across the street.
Beautiful Rotating Lounge

This is our favorite place to stay in SF whenever we venture into the city. The beautiful lounge makes the visit all worthwhile. I was able to get two connecting rooms which I wasn't before. You have to book one king and two queen to get the connecting rooms I think. The Ferry Building across the way was why we wanted to stay here this particular time. It was a great stay.

Beautiful hotel by the SF Waterfront. Great facilities and customer service. Hyatt Club level has a spectacular view of SF Bay.
Ridiculous outrageous charge for valet parking

Valet parking was $99 - that is outrageous. Either self-park for $40 or take an Uber from somewhere. Thats all I have to say - the rest is just filling out the required 100 characters.

Excellent service. Safe location. Would definitely come back to this location. Housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. Facility was incredibly clean and week kept.
