Excellence hote in San Francisco

Location is excellence, easy to walk to lots of attraction. The hotel itself is clean, the staffs are EXCELLENCE especially Agnes whom helped us when check-in, she is exceptional nice and professional. She made our day/stay memorable. The room is nice and big and clean, the staffs are super nice, overall great value at all.

The staff was very friendly during my stay. My room was kept clean everyday and the food was great although it was a bit pricey. It was within walking distance to the Port of San Francisco where they had other options for food along with where to catch the Ferry. My room had a great view of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. I would stay there again.

Great location, and a quick BART ride from airport to literal steps from front door of hotel! Very clean, upscale hotel, staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Room was great size clean and beautiful views!

I am a Hyatt Globalist. I was treated like royalty, was allowed to check in very early at 11 am. The hotel was completely sold out, and they apologized for not being able to upgrade us to suite.

Friendly staff, a fantastic location with beautiful views over the bay from my room, and a truly unique, standout atrium. Breakfast was exceptional, and the wellness app was a great touch—everything combined to make this a perfect stay.
