Location is great, staff needs some work. Arrived at 1am, was texting with hotel earlier and they were terrific in noting my late arrival. When I did arrive, only one person working at front desk, and he was doing his best, however was on the phone with someone trying to sell an upgrade to the club level for the middle of May. After 10+ minutes of waiting, I finally had to call the hotel operator to get his attention. That was frustrating given we had traveled all day to get there. The next morning, I brought it up to the front desk staff and more or less my concerns were dismissed. Location was great and they were wonderful via text to note late check in and checkout. Just wish they could have supported the one person working at 1am a little better.

Short overnight stay to catch a Giants game. Not a first time stopping here, and prefer the location and service over other SF Hyatts. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Their club also has gluten free offerings and designated labels - which is key when avoiding certain ingredients. While in a busier area, the rooms have never been noisy. Though I did appreciate a white noise sound machine that was offered. Overall, enjoyed our short stop and recommend to anyone that's deciding between SF Hyatts for a visit.

we had a weekend get away for a couple baseball games... the service at the hotel was great, the RC Continental Breakfast is not worth the the extra $$ but that is becuase it was not what I expected, (i.e. no bacon, or sausage, and the coffee was not the best). the hotel management staff was helpful and remedy the situtation and refunded that part. As always the Hyatt is a great hotel especially this one as its in the middle from Pier 39 one way and the other way to Oracle Park SG Giants :)

Our experience at this location had changed slightly, but the property is just so beautiful, that the minor issues were not that bad. We enjoy going to this place for so many, many reason. It is so close to everything that we was to take pleasure in.

Great location on the embarcadero, I recommend a room with a balcony and bay view. When the weather is nice it is so great to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee. we stayed here for a game at Oracle and it was perfect. We took Muni to get there and walked back. you can also catch a cable car and head down to fisherman's wharf
