Amazing gem of a hotel right on the San Francisco pier and next to the trolley line. On Sunday morning, which was December 1, there was snow falling in the lobby - so magical! This hotel has gorgeous architecture, amazing views, comfortable rooms & the best staff I've experienced in a LONG time! I cannot wait to go back and stay there again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero again over Thanksgiving weekend. We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service from everyone we encountered, from the front desk, housekeeping, valet, and the restaurant for breakfast and late-night arrival dinner service, especially since it was a very busy holiday weekend. The hotel was very festive, with holiday decorations and music, which added to the ambiance. We upgraded to a bay view suite, and the view was spectacular. We look forward to returning soon.

Great hotel at a great location, in season and out of season. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and yet the close proximity to the Ferry Building and walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf. The only drawback is the price for parking, but that comes with the territory. We will be back.

everything was very good, BUT we got stolen from our room. My wife reported sunglasses brand Gucci with graduation for her eyes, no body else will take advantage of them, but they were taken from us one of the days. Alarm wake us up at 5AM to abandon the building and after 20 min was false alarm

The best hotel ever! My room view is just unbelievable, the hotel staff are amazing, there is a special and unforgettable burrito at the coffee place, hummmm!!!! The location is the best. My favorite hotel in San Francisco, we can’t stay in another one after being in the Hyatt!! Everything was perfect!
