WORST Experience

By far one of the worst ever all-inclusive resorts I have been to. For context, I have been to over 200 resorts all over the world and have never experienced something so bad. When we checked into our room, our bedsheets had blood stains on them. It took the hotel a day to get someone to change it (did not even apologize that there was dry blood on our bed sheets), our toilet would not flush, none of the elevators on site worked. My father has a walking disability and they put him on the third floor with no elevators that would work. We asked to change his room to the first floor because their elevators didn't work and they said they didn't have any rooms available and they did not know when the elevator would be fixed. We went to the front desk of the main lobby because the elevator didn't work and requested a car to drive my dad to his room because the elevator AND escalator did not work, and had the most awful response from the front desk. He said he did not know where the bell boy was and could not help and then proceeded to yell at me. I was shocked, I have never experienced something like this. We paid 700 dollars a night and could not use any of their amenities. We ordered room service for my dad because the elevator did not work for him to be able to go to the restaurant, they didn't even show up half the time. Don't get me started on the food. Absolutely no flavour both at the a la carte and at the buffet. By far one of the worst ever experiences. Save your money and go to the Harbour Club by Hilton or any other resort on the island that is not this one.

Do not upgrade if you stay here

We spent extra for the diamond club. I have been taking all inclusive all over the world and I have never been so unwelcomed at a resort. The infrastructure needs work and the majority of the staff needs classes in customer service. I should have never spent the money for the service I was provided. Please do not expect much from this place!

Updated Review on communication

I wrote a 1-star review a few weeks ago regarding the lack of communication from the resort regarding my stress over ensuring we have rooms free of mold (due to serious medical conditions in our family). Since then I have received good communication from the resort (the front-desk Brucelee seems very nice). I am upgrading my review because of the responsiveness. We fly out tomorrow and I will update again after our stay to let you know how the experience was for our entire family (we have booked 3 rooms). Stay tuned!

Disappointed Visitor!…

I was vacationing for my 60th Birthday with my girlfriends for 6nights 7 days at The Royalton Saint Lucia An Autograph Collection Resort Hotel.. The hotel property was real nice the scenery was beautiful!.. Unfortunately the hotel service was only okay!… My biggest complaint was the Food it wasn’t seasoned and for it to be a carribean island it was very Disappointing!.. Also the Cocktails was watered down..

Kernisha Is amazing!

Kernisha from the excursion booth is amazing!! You need to book all your excursions with her. She’s very accommodating and she will recognize you and ask you how the trips went. We went on a UTV ride called Northern sights and then went on a rum tour. It was so worth it and loved it all!!
