We had a wonderful time the past two weeks at Divi Little Bay. It was the first time we went in November. There was much construction as they are upgrading a couple of buildings, but the construction did not disrupt our vacation. The Gizmo Bar is a great place to meet people from all over. The service was exceptional, especially the bartender, Orane and the new one, Justin. We did a sunset cruise from Divi on the Mambo5 and had a great time.

The resort was quiet and relaxing. Big up to Mimi from the buffet restaurant she was very welcoming and vibrant. Provided a great way to start our day with her jokes and smiles. Laurel at the Slice Pizzeria who made my family feel welcomed everyday for lunch, the pizza was also very good ??

This was our 4th time at this resort spending a minimum of 2 weeks each time. We had to call each day for towels, one day 5 times. Housekeeping is non existent, and when we spoke to the manager Mr. King, nothing changed. At the end of the first week, housekeeping came in with the same dirty mop and water from the previous units and made the unit smell like bleach. The floors are disgustingly filthy. The parking lot is very dark at night and you never feel safe. There are guards overseeing the lot all the time!!!! This past week 5 units were broken into and valuables were stolen, this story can be found on the Facebook website. The coffee shop has the worst tasting coffee, and if you see an employee smiling, take picture, you won’t see it again. There are many other wonderful places to stay than the DIVI……

Resort service definitely declined. Robbery of 7 rooms while we were here. Security lacking. Had villa by main pool. Many noisy users who obviously were not from Divi ( no wristbands) and security never questioned. Noisy people in pool ( and i mean LOUD) past midnight. Requests for simple things from front desk ( ie a cot took 3 days to get) like bug spray for major ant problem never answered. Shuttle drivers act like you are bothering them and a burden except felix who was very nice. It is a beautiful resort and it is a shame that i won’t come again in spite of having been many times.

Little Divi Bay is a great vacation spot for a family and has a friendly service atmosphere. One of the highlights of the resort is the pool bar located by the pizza shop. There are two bartenders there, Jay and Wendy and they truly make your experience there feel special. They are attentive, friendly, and most importantly make you feel like you're really on vacation. I normally do not write reviews but felt like I needed to give recognition to Jay and Wendy for their superior service!
