Coach in coffee
Alex S on Jan 08, 2026
During breakfast at the resort, I had a very disturbing experience. After being served coffee, I discovered a roach inside my cup. Finding an insect in food or drink is unacceptable at any establishment, especially at a resort that presents itself as a quality destination. This raises serious concerns about hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the dining area. I reported the issue immediately, but the experience itself ruined my breakfast and negatively impacted my stay. Proper sanitation and pest control are basic expectations, and this situation fell far below those standards. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue promptly so future guests do not experience the same problem.
Terrible dive shop!

Don't dive with the on-site shop, they are very dishonest and unprofessional- this is coming from a dive master and a DMC! If you want a great dive experience, take a taxi over to Dive Sint Martin, they are an excellent shop you can trust.
Great experience at Divi Little Bay

Great experience at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort. We had an initial snafu with one of our rooms but were changed thanks to the great accommodation of Kevin (the manager). Also had a terrific service by Eddy in helping us throughout with our bags, etc. Food was above average for an all-inclusive and the beach was amazing. Walking distance to Phillipsburg and shopping was a plus. We would definitely come back!
Disappointing Experience :(
Anna F (Millburn, New Jersey) on Jan 04, 2026
What a disappointment this year. Many years coming to this Resort, but never such a disaster. We booked a one-bedroom suite, which the website stated comes with an ocean view. Unfortunately, all we got a view of was the neighboring building. Instead of a nice patio overlooking the Great Bay, like we had many years before, we got two tiny balconies where I can't even fit my yoga mat. It's also a 10-minute trek to the beach and three flights of stairs up, which is NOT my definition of a great vacation. To add insult to injury, the front desk staff was downright rude and dismissive when I tried sharing my frustrations, and they did not even attempt to rectify the situation. For the price I paid for the room, it is an awful way to be treated. Due to this disheartening experience, I think we'll be looking for different accommodations on the island for the foreseeable future.
