Fun in the sun

Mimi, Geo, Pierre, and the Dive Shop were great. The snorkeling experience was awesome. Tge activities director, Tony, does a great job, and Kevin really fixed us up with room. Overall, it was a great experience. I would have liked to have had more restaurant options and amenities, but it was off season.

The Divi Little Bay was amazing resort. It's huge and they offer a lot of choices in your lodging. The pools and the view was breathtaking

I really enjoyed every minute at the resort nothing to complain about at all everyone was nice. From the moment I arrived i fell in love with this place.everything was clean this will be my go to spot i will revisit i even brought a timeshare love it

dirty, broken appliances, bugs, little to no concern when issues arise. this is the worst Divi resort we have been to. Very very disappointed in the quality of the rooms. Food was average. Served in dirty glasses. Will never be to this resort again.

"slow season" & snarky

*Tony- activities coordinator was AWESOME!!! Always on the move doing stuff with/for guests - games / give aways! *Housekeeping AMAZING!!! However- *TOTALLY understaffed at the front desk & wait staff/restaurants SLOW!!!!! *Front desk night manager/ some of the bar tenders - rude at times; slow; snarky; * Most wait staff was great-- fun friendly and totally accommodating *Often times waiting over an hour for sit down meals. *NO variety in menu; NO buffets; SAME MENU!!! *With the constant loss of power/low staff- restaurants were often closed (there's only 2 true sit-down restaurants) *The food was good! however often cold/reheated to seem fresh? *"Concierge" service manager was/is extremely snarky, rude at times, would question our integrity about services / amenities' that were supposed to be included- kayaking; late boat for snorkeling; * Constant power outages within the resort; w/no AC for days; *Rooms very Clean; organized; all over resort/pools delightful *However pools were not cleaned/vacuumed nightly?! *Lousy weak drinks; *Aqua shop on site- rude; snarky; there was always an excuse not having the water sports available- terrible! *We kept hearing 'this is our slow season...?" (I don't what that means when the resort seemed full in August) *1 person (or none) working for beach chairs/umbrellas; we often set up our own *Same menu!!!!!! no specials; no special events; island themes/traditional food- no variety *No room service *Breakfast options - the same menu (often buffet options not hot) or omelet station *Pure Ocean satisfactory/ restaurant was FRRREEEZZZING COLD too much AC! making food cold *Sea Breeze bar tenders/wait staff for DAY- always seemed annoyed; snarky; not very friendly *Sea Breeze Night/dinner staff were wonderful!! *"nightly" entertainment was pleasant; bar-bands; karaoke... nothing spectacular *The gym/fitness center was good for the 10 days *A storm came through- we were hunkered downs; NO additional snacks/light meal accommodations or concern were made for guests; front desk staff nowhere to be found!?
