Beautiful Resort, But Service Fell Well Below Expectations.

As vacation club members, this stay was very disappointing overall, despite a few bright spots. The resort itself is undeniably beautiful—surrounded by water on all sides, with excellent pools and easy beach access. It has everything you’d want from a Caribbean getaway, which made the service shortcomings even more frustrating. We were surprised to find that our member discount wasn’t honored at certain locations, including the rooftop bar, which felt inconsistent with what we were told when we purchased. Service across the resort consistently fell short. Many bartenders and servers came across as inattentive and, at times, outright rude—especially at the main bars like Gizmos, Mix Rooftop, and the Seabreeze pool bar. At one point, I was the only person at the bar and wasn’t acknowledged at all. This was particularly frustrating given that a 15% gratuity is automatically added to every check—we expected a much higher level of service, especially considering how much we spent. There were also multiple moments where we felt overlooked, including waiting an extended time for assistance at the taxi stand while staff ignored us. Housekeeping was also lacking—our room was cleaned only once during a 5-day stay, which is well below what we’ve experienced at other Divi properties. We also never received any kind of welcome package or acknowledgment as members. Overall, the stay lacked any personal touch—we simply never felt valued as members. That said, there were a couple of standout positives. The woman at the Ft. Amsterdam Café was consistently kind and welcoming each morning, and the golf cart drivers transporting guests up the hill were friendly and helpful. For comparison, Nikki at Divi Aruba set the standard for us—her level of service is a big reason we became members in the first place. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. With five Divi resorts available to us as members, this experience makes us think twice about returning to St. Martin in the future. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as it did not reflect the level of service we expect as members.

Divi Little Bay doesn't disappoint.

The Divi at Little Bay is a clean and well maintained resort & the staff is very friendly and accommodating! The location is perfect on the island and the beach is beautiful! There are no rocks in the main beach but there are small waves for the beach lovers! Umbrellas and lounge chairs are provided as well!

Fantastic Week at Divi!

My Husband and I just spent an amazing 8 nights at Divi! Beautiful resort, gorgeous grounds and stunning beach. Service and food were excellent! Great variety of dining options. Pizza at lunch was a favourite! Fantastic service from Laurel! Tony from the entertainment team is such a charismatic and amazing soul! Loves his job and it shows! Added bonus was the fitness classes from guest instructor Cheryl from NRG2GO! Yoga- stretch- Aqua! Such an excellent way to start the day. Cheryl was so energetic and professional and it’s quite obvious she love to share her passion for wellness and fitness. Her yoga and stretch classes really started my day off feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Such an experienced instructor. Always taking her time to make sure you were getting the most out of the class. Aqua fit was also a huge hit! So many people including myself enjoyed the awesome energy of Cheryl’s classes! Also appreciated that she took the time to chat and engage with us guests afterwards. Definitely a huge bonus having her there. A week we thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to coming back again!

Wonderful Vacation

We couldn’t have been happier with our vacation to Divi Little Bay. The resort was amazing and in an excellent location. We were there for the wellness week that the resort hosted and it was great to have a variety of exercise classes every morning, yoga, aqua and stretch for us to attend. Cheryl Ponee with NRG2GO was the instructor every day and we loved her enthusiasm and energy. The food was amazing at all the restaurants. The pizza chef Laurel was outstanding , always smiling and happy to see us walk by every day and the pizza she made for us was one of the best I have had. We had a chance to meet Tony, the entertainment manager, I can’t say enough good about him. He was always smiling and full of energy. We will definitely be planning a return trip to Divi in the future, hopefully during the next wellness week.

Bug problem Divi

First night Divi, we called at 5pm to report massive bugs in our one bedroom suite. Kept calling for 3 hours. Finally a person came with a can of Raid after my husband went to the front desk. Had to spray it in our own room and inhale the fumes. Next day, reported it again to front desk that the bugs were back. They said they would call someone. I sprayed again and left for the day. Next day, back again. Bug problem still persists.
