Staff was great. Resort is very clean and always felt safe. All the restaurants/bars on site are very good. Location for perfect distance from everything. Room was always taken care of by service.

Divi Vacation Club Little Bay was especially fun, rejuvenating and relaxing. The beach is one of best in the Caribbean and the accommodations were excellent. The sightseeing tours and activities were so spectacular and I met wonderful people from all over the world. The food is excellent giving you a choice of local cuisine or French cuisine. I recommend St. Maarten highly for your next family vacation trip!

Extremely disappointing experience at Divi Little Bay. This resort fell far below the standard you would expect for the price. The food was consistently mediocre, with very limited variety and poor quality. After a couple of meals, everything started tasting the same, and there was nothing memorable about the dining experience. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. It often felt like no one cared about the guests. Staff were indifferent, unresponsive, and showed little interest in resolving issues or providing the level of hospitality you would expect from a resort. Housekeeping was completely unacceptable. Our room went several days without being cleaned. Towels were not replaced, toiletries were not restocked, and basic cleaning was simply ignored. Having to repeatedly request fresh towels and essential items is not something guests should have to do while on vacation. For the amount of money this resort charges, the level of service is simply unacceptable. A relaxing vacation quickly became frustrating because we were constantly dealing with issues that should have been handled automatically. I cannot recommend Divi Little Bay based on my experience. Management needs to seriously improve housekeeping, customer service, and food quality. There are many other resorts that provide far better value and actually make their guests feel welcome.

I've been fortunate to stay at many resorts around the world, and Divi Little Bay Beach Resort is one that genuinely leaves you with great memories. From the moment I arrived on a Sunday, the welcome was fantastic. The front desk team were warm, friendly and genuinely happy to see me, immediately making me feel relaxed and at home after travelling. The resort is in a beautiful location, nestled on its own peninsula with stunning beaches and only a few minutes from Philipsburg. The views wherever you walk are incredible, and the atmosphere is exactly what you hope for from a Caribbean getaway. I stayed in one of the Ocean Suites, and it exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and offered breathtaking ocean views. Having a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine was a real bonus, especially for a longer stay, and the bed was extremely comfortable. One of my favourite places was Mix Rooftop Bar. The team there were exceptional, friendly, engaging and always smiling. They made some fantastic cocktails, and watching the sunset with those panoramic views is something I won't forget. Throughout my stay I enjoyed both lunch and dinner in several of the restaurants, and every meal was excellent. The quality of the food was consistently high, service was attentive without being intrusive, and every member of staff I encountered seemed genuinely proud of the resort, many have worked there for 15-20 years. Everywhere I went, people smiled, said hello and couldn't do enough to help. A big shout out to Reanna at Gizmo bar/restaurant, she was outstanding! The resort has plenty to offer, with multiple restaurants, bars, swimming pools and activities, making it perfect for couples, families or anyone simply wanting to relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings. A huge thank you to everyone at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort for making my stay so enjoyable. It was one of those holidays where you genuinely didn't want to leave. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone visiting St. Maarten, and I look forward to returning in the near future.
