Non All-inclusive purchase

Enjoyed resort over all but definitely would not recommend the all-inclusive or even the restaurants food on the resort. Also had very hard beds & no one takes cash just credit cards which you get charged a fee every time you use it.
Lovely vacation

Really liked this resort but can honestly say we were a little disappointed at the same time. I couldn’t wait to get there as the pictures looks stunning. Firstly, though, our experience getting from the airport to the resort was seamless - took about 20 minutes as a transfer was included in our package. Seemed to be plenty of taxis around, so that would be another good option. Check in at the resort was perfect. Staff was super friendly. Felix our bell man was the best. We saw him every day and he went out of his way to be nice to us. The first disappointment was our room. The studio suite was nice, but we had no view from our balcony. Just the rooftop from the building in front of us (building G - make sure you don’t get stuck in that building. I think it may be the only building that doesn’t have ocean views). Kept reading how all the balconies had ocean views, so I was CRUSHED when we walked into the room - it was the first thing I looked for. We immediately unpacked - the view kept bothering me, so when I told my wife I wanted to look into getting another room she said no as she didn’t want to have to pack and unpack again. Another negative is my wife thought the resort was dirty. I didn’t necessarily agree, but I did agree that the landscape could have been maintained better - saw LOTS of weed and some trash laying about. Another negative is the strong smell of septic when we passed in front of some of the shops. Last negative is the beach was swarmed with cruise passengers when cruise ships were in port. When none were in port, you practically had the beach to yourself. Now the positives, and there were plenty. As negative as I may have sounded about the cleanliness, the resort is really pretty. Especially from a distance (I know, LOL). The beach is spectacular - very spacious, water is crystal clear, sand is as soft as it gets, no shells or stones in the water, perfect IMO. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas, beach staff was excellent, one of the best resort beaches we’ve ever experienced. Pools were very nice, too, especially the main pool. Had several layers, very pretty, w a swim up bar included. We spent one afternoon there - I will say the service at the swim up was very slow. The food options were excellent IMO (we opted for the all inclusive, and glad we did). 5 different restaurants, or 6 if you include pizza, which we never went to. The other 5 were really nice, food was outstanding- don’t remember one bad meal. And the staff was EXCELLENT. EVERYONE was so nice!!!!! Since we were over by the Infinity pool, we spent many a late afternoon there. Lovely pool, and swarmed w iguanas, which I enjoyed - how can you not when you’re in the Caribbean? The staff usually did a pretty good job cleaning up after them as there were so many, it was hard to keep up with their “droppings”. We walked up to the fort a couple times, which was beautiful seeing the cruise ships off in the distance. Not a bad walk as it was just up a modest incline. Lastly, we went into town a couple times. Actually walked back once which wasn’t too bad. Took about 20 minutes. Just be careful as the sidewalk is semi narrow and cars and trucks come wizzing by pretty fast. Definitely doable tho. All in all I would recommend as I would definitely go back. I would just make sure we had a better view from our balcony next time.
Divi at Little Bay!!! A nightmare...

Just completed a 7 day stay at Divi at Little Bay. I have to stay that being spoiled by 2 different Aruba based Divi Resorts, this was disappointing. - Platinum benefits not delivered at arrival 1. Access to Elite Wifi connection (advised 3rd day we were on wrong wifi) 2. No Welcome basket (advised during owners update it would be provided, never showed up) 3. Property manager to contact us (advised during owners update that she would reach out, never did. Even after an Aruba based manager called her about our dissapointment.) - Suite Issues: 1. No hand towels / wash clothes in suite (reported, resolved by housekeeping leaving a garbage bag filled with towels outside the door) 2. Shower drips one drip at a time, no pressure (reported, no action) 3. Shower covered in previous individual hair (not reported) 4. Shower curtain had snot/blood stain on it (not reported) 5. No hot water for a 2nd person after 15 minute 1st shower (reported, no action) 6. Paint is peeling inside and outside in 5x7 sheets (reported, no action) 7. columns on balcony all cracked (reported, no action) 8. No outlets in master bathroom (reported, no action) 9. No washer/dryer in suite (reported, no action) 10. Coffee maker very, very OLD (reported, no action) 11. Divi Resorts Internet connection is unreliable and slow, keeps disconnecting in rooms and on beach (reported, given Elite access 3 days later) 12. TV Signal lost daily around 9:30 (not reported) 13. Lied to by sales staff. Advised Oceans (new updates suites) were only available to Platinum and higher owners. Found availability to book them on Expedia. It took 48 hours to decide to return to the Divi Resorts in Aruba within the same year, but took less hours to decide not to return to the Divi in St. Marteen. I don't regret being a Divi Vacation Club owner, but do regret spending a week at the this Divi location. Any positives, absolutely. The beach is phenomenal. The beach drink/food service was amazing and all the food around the resort was great. The staff were very friendly, funny, and very outgoing. If you decide to stay here, make sure you can get into the Oceans at Divi. Totally updated, night from day amenities. If you don't want to risk these issues, go to Aruba! Best ever...
Beautiful resort & loved Mix at Oceans

What a beautiful resort! The grounds are lovely and staff is really kind. We visited Mix at Oceans and had an amazing experience. The views here are unbelievable, and it is such a gorgeous rooftop. This is such a cool addition to an all-inclusive resort, especially on Thirsty Thursdays where they have wine and food pairings. The staff here was so kind, special thank you to Paul, Paulina, and the other two bartenders who truly were so attentive on such a busy night, they made sure every guest enjoyed and was taken care of. It really felt like a nice personal experience, and I would definitely come back.
WHY Divi Little Bay
299BrianW (New York City, New York) on May 12, 2025
I have visited Divi Little Bay Beach Resort consecutively for the pass three years. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of my unit. It was dirty! I had to retrieve something that fell behind the sofa and was alarmed to see the dirt. The top perimeter of the TV had a thick film of dust on it. The light fixture over the dining table had dead insects caught on the base. The unit was dated. The cutlery was old and mismatched. I was missing two teacups and it took housekeeping almost 10 hours to replace! One person used a glass for their tea. The resort is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Overall the atmosphere /vibe is good. Yes, I will return BUT Housekeeping needs to do a better job!
