We stayed at this hotel for two nights in July. We had a beautiful suite with a view of the mountains. We also had the chance to eat at the Gold floor where the food was amazing. The pool was hot and of a nice size. The self parking was not too expensive. We will certainly come back.

This hotel is amazing. The service is great. The staff eager to help with suggestions and any necessary accommodation. Walking distance to shopping, eating and adventures. Truly an amazing experience.

We had a two night stay and it exceeded expectations. We were offered an upgrade fron 2 king rooms to a suite with adjoining double room for a slightly higher rate. It was great and we enjoyed having a sitting area. Breakfast was included and the buffet was excellent. We also enjoyed evening cocktails in the beautiful bar where there was a great singer for both nights. This is one of the best places to relax and enjoy a drink in Whistler. We enjoyed the pool area, sauna and steam room. We were also very close to the gondola and trails for hiking. The easy hike to Lost Lake was new for us and enjoyable. Portobello has awesome coffee. Service friendly and housekeeping great.

We recently returned from what can only be described as a truly magical stay at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, celebrating two very special milestones – my father’s 80th birthday and my daughter’s 5th. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and world-class hospitality. A special thank you to Lia at reception, who ensured that our check-in was effortless and smooth. Her gracious welcome set the tone for the entire experience and made us feel right at home. Lia’s attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed – she is a true gem! The entire Fairmont team went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. From the thoughtful room upgrade to the delightful birthday cake and celebratory drinks, every gesture made us feel celebrated and cherished. My father and daughter both had radiant smiles from start to finish – memories we will treasure forever. What stood out the most was the warmth and professionalism of every staff member we encountered. Every interaction, from housekeeping to dining staff, was marked by a level of courtesy and care that exemplifies the Fairmont standard of excellence. It’s this consistent and exceptional service that keeps us returning to Fairmont properties time and time again. PS - we were able to take advantage of the free repeat round of golf at the Chateau Whistler golf course. Everyone there were also friendly and accommodating! Fantastic value if you are a golfer! Everything was amazing. It is my fourth time here and I will repeat when possible. The location, rooms, spa, and restaurants were perfect. Staff are kind and friendly; however, thumbs up to Antonio from the restaurant and Harrison from the concierge.
