Our stay at Fairmont Chateau Whistler was exceptional, as always. The Gold Floor concierge team continues to set the standard for professionalism while remaining genuinely warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. A special thank you to Ian and Emily, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to accommodate every request made all the difference. It’s rare to find service that feels both polished and personal, but they delivered exactly that. We always look forward to returning, knowing we’re in such capable and caring hands.

Our third ?????????? stay. We stayed on the Fairmont Gold level. This time we stayed in a 2BR gold suite. Flawless, heartfelt service. The Easter celebrations were a delight. The best pool anywhere.

Exquisite. Phenomenal. Book your trip now. The Gold Lounge is a delight. The pastry chef should receive a Michelin star. The cookies and the scones are lights out the most amazing I’ve ever had in my life. From the time we checked in (we’ve leave tomorrow and I’m devastated), we have felt such welcome and sense of joy throughout the hotel. My mom and I are the last two skiers remaining in our family, so we stepped out on our own, and had the best joint-birthday trip ever. Our room, the service, and the delightful cuisine in the Gold Lounge provided us with an experience we will never forget. When we arrived, there was a chocolate birthday cake and a plate full of macaroons and strawberries waiting for us in our room accompanied by a thoughtful birthday card. SUBLIME. We are grateful for every moment spent at the Fairmont. C’est bon!
Gold experence cost not justified

While the property is extremely well located and the lobby is great, the service was simply lacking. We booked “gold Experience “rooms”. We had to repeatedly call to have a room made. They simply would not stock robes in the room and we had to call to get them. The valet situation the day we arrived was a complete mess. With no space to unload luggage and the valets initially unwilling to take the car. The food was maybe 4 out of 5, and the staff in the restaurants always had a good attitude. So basically an ok experience but the Gold experience did not justify the addtiinal cost
