Just a getaway

This hotel was a charm. We had a real nice time. The room we had was nice. We used the pool and jacuzzi and it was quiet as we went on a weekday. Self parking was easy and a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

I love staying at the Fairmont. The staff are great and the family love the swimming pool and amenities in the hotel. Will return again for sure. Thanks for the great experience. Would recommend to friends and family.

Luxury Escape

It is amazing that in spite of all the challenges the hospitality industry faces, the Chateau Whistler seems to have adapted their services to appear as luxurious as ever! The hotel is spotless, staffing seems generous (though everyone in hospitality is actually short handed), social distancing is easily achieved, and both menus and decor has been refreshed! We thoroughly enjoyed the new decor in the amazing 2 bedroom suite on the gold level. The food everywhere was both delicious and carefully served, making us feel safe while enjoying a fabulous restful weekend in the mountains!

Perfect in every way!

We loved staying at the Fairmont at Whistler. They were responsive and kind and polite. We had a lovely time in Whistler. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a note for our 10th wedding anniversary and a bottle of wine and strawberries. We had a lovely view and an amazing stay.

Disappointing

Stayed at Fairmont gold for two nights but the overall experience was not up the the name. Check in requested for 3PM arrived a bit after 4PM but the room was not ready yet. Also the lady during the check-in did not introduce herself or explained the overall experience of what the gold experience brings. But she was being more talkative with other guests not sure why the inconsistency of if is because I was the only Asian at the time and not welcome here on the property. After being able to go into the room notice hairs from previous guests on the bathtub, the toilets, the bed, as well as hair stuck in between the shower towels. The only nice thing was the food at the lounge but hard to recommend for the price spent for the lack of caring and cleaning shown in the gold experience room.
