I love staying here, great location with lots of amenities nearby. A short walk gets you into the city center. Well equipped gym, great pool area with four large hot tubs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby is warm and inviting with live music at the hotel bar both times I've stayed here mid week. I'd stay here every chance I get.

True 5 star. Traveled with large group so hotel provided a concierge who went above and beyond. She arranged for a wonderful quiet handicapped room close to elevators with a view of outdoor pool and bar. Room elegant and clean. Layout and bathroom well designed. Outlets and switches wheelchair reachable. Guests well managed even with annual bike Fondo. There was even a bike valet

I was there for a conference. The service and facilities were as I remember them from previous stays. Unfortunately this hotel is now charging a “resort fee”. It is disappointing to see this company is tarnishing their brand reputation by implementing such an incredibly crass practice.

I love Fairmont Chateau Whistler because the location and the ambience of the hotel is superb. The staff are friendly. Food and lounge is great. But in my recent stay, I found the bedding quality poor for a 4.5 star hotel. This is very disappointing from the Fairmont brand.

Fabulous stay in stunning surroundings, hotel first class, staff friendly, room extremely comfortable. We arrived amongst the hustle and bustle of the 29029 event but were made to feel very welcome and special with a room upgrade and champagne and chocolates to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies and the hotel itself is in a stunning location and beautifully kept.
