5 STAR RESORT in every sense. We travelled to this hotel for a work conference. the entire experience was 5 star. THE LOBBY = BEAUTIFUL THE FOOD = WONDERFUL IN EVERY RESTAURNT INCLUDING ROOM SERVICE THE PROPERTY = GORGEOUS THE STAFF = SO HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY WE HAD A WONDERUL WEEK AND DEFINITELY WILL RETURN.

The Fairmont Hotels are all phenomenal and this Whistler "castle" is my favourite hotel in Canada. I just love the location (near the slopes but not right in the main village) and the hotel itself has all the bells and whistles you want. The Lobby Bar is my favourite lobby bar for all-time. Do a gin tasting! Fairmont has, in my opinion, the best staff in the hospitality industry. You WILL be treated well here. The rooms are great. The views are phenomenal. Sure, you have to pay for a Fairmont hotel. But your money gets you a guaranteed great stay. You won't be disappointed here.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler for the first time and it was amazing! There was quite a line up at check in, however there were sufficient staff to check everyone in timely so it didn't take too long. The pools, hot tubs and saunas were great. It was busier about an hour before dinner, however earlier in the morning/day was a lot quieter. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and available to ensure your every need was taken care of. The hotel is located just outside of town centre which was nice as it was quieter and less busy. It's a quick walk, however to town centre which mades the location super convenient. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Whistler itself is a great little village with super walks along the trails. On this trip I did the walk around Lost Lake as well as along Rainbow Lake. Both are well maintained and I also caught sight of a black bear. The hotel is the cherry on top! Great room, great food and excellent staff made this a memorable trip! Thank you.

We just had a fantastic weekend at the Chateau Whistler resort. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They upgraded us to the Gold floor. The rooms were spotless,beds and bathroom were luxurious. We enjoyed the pool and workout facilities. The location is second to none right on the ski hill!
