A good base for exploring downtown Vancouver

We stayed for 3 nights in downtown Vancouver and were very satisfied with this hotel. Located right next to the BC stadium and Rogers arena and just a short walk to the Chinatown subway station. The room was of a decent size, while the beds were comfortable allowing us to sleep very well. We didn’t notice much noise outside despite a match taking place at the stadium one evening. Breakfast was pretty good, with plenty of hot and cold options.
Super hotel for a comfortable stay.

This is a great hotel for couples as well as families. The beds were soft and comfortable. It is close in proximity to many sites that visitors would like to see. It is walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Transit is close by to take to the botanical gardens or to the waterfront area. Breakfast is included in your stay. This was great. I hate looking for breakfast in the mornings in a new city. There are many choices at breakfast including yogurt, cereal, make your own waffles, a hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, and potatoes . The dining area is close by and there are TVs with the local news. Everything is spotless. The room includes a sink area, with microwave and refrigerator. There is a coffee maker as well as a kettle, dishes and cutlery. This is very convenient to store any medications for to have a afternoon coffee or tea. A washer and dryer area located on the upper floor for client use is available. I took advantage of this as I was at the hotel for 3 days and would be continuing on my journey for rest of the week. To have some of my clothing cleaned before packing up was a lifesaver. I had clean clothes for the rest of the week. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is helpful and the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Well I am a member and paid 540.00can for 1 night room was not very special needs maintenance throughout room 503 king suite .Well even comp breakfast was not very good.So the bed had lil dudes in it and when I got home 2 days later they came on my bag and got into my home.as the day before i went to vancouver I bought new bedding so I know that I got it from the hotel.this has cost me plenty to have them removed I will be cancelling my award program and finding another place to start staying at

The Best Service. The Hotel Was Quiet, Friendly, & Perfect. The Hilton Hotel Employee's & Hilton Had Given Me Everything I Would Ever Want At A Hotel. I Loved My Room & The View. The Receptionist Was A Genius. I Could Easily Living Inside Of The Room I Was Given & I Would Have Wanted This To Happen.
Nope, not ever again

Nope never again. No housekeeping for three days, no towels, no garbage removed and no complimentary water. There was zero service to our room. No body wash only bar soap for showers. I was very surprised by the lack of service. I was very upset when we came back to an uncleaned room and bed not wide three days in a row.
