DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT book a pay-in-advance room at this hotel. Their rates drop, and they will not provide a price adjustment. I never book pre-pay, but did so by accident three weeks ago. Now, the room rates have dropped over 30 percent, and they will not adjust the room price. I even tried to get credit toward a second room, but they would not do that.

We stayed here for 5 days before our cruise. Asif Kazi at the front desk was amazing the second we stepped foot inside the building. He was so friendly and very helpful. He told us the best ways to explore Vancouver and even ordered all of our tickets for us. He explained when and where to meet for each event. After each long day, he greeted us by name and asked if he could help us in any way. This man deserves a raise! He is truly an asset to the Hilton name!

Great location, price and a good standard of service and hotel! We stayed here for two nights. It’s a great location and we’ve stayed here before. For a free breakfast, it’s more than adequate and the beds are comfy,

We were in town for a concert and wanted something as close to Roger's Arena we could get and this spot was perfect. We are Hilton Honors members and recently we have been very disappointed with the Hampton Inn and Suites brand, but not this one. This Hampton Inn was excellent. The location is great, the hotel was spotless, the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I had booked a corner room and it was fantastic. The entire room was windows and the views were stunning. We looked down on BC Place and over the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and clean. The fitness center is on the top of the hotel with great views and off the fitness center there is a laundry room if you need and a nice patio to sit out on if the weather is nice. Vancouver is very walkable, and we easily walked to everything we wanted. I would absolutely choose this hotel again.

Really bad buffet and not great for signing too say if something is vegetarian or dairy free and lactose free, if u want the room cleaned and do the makeup room sign they will still not do it! U have to go down to the main desk and ask them to clean the room. Very low toilets and the shower is inside the bath, also to get a car from the airport make sure it goes to the right Hilton! Because there is another one two street away and also the main entrance is hard for cars because they want to park near the blue haven hotel
