The hotel is conveniently located downtown Vancouver, about 10 min. walking distance to the Harbour (north) and if you like to go to the beach about 20 min. walking to the south. Plenty of restaurants and cafe shops near by if not wanting to use the restaurant in the hotel.

An exceptional and exquisite hotel, all first class, paying close attention to cleanliness, excellent restaurants, spectacular architecture and design. It was a pleasure for us and a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely professional, excellent Chefs and entertainment was delightful! Top of the line in Hotel Standards. So glad we selected this Hotel! It is worth the extra Cost to have the ultimate in Luxury. Management was Superior. We will definitely return!

After we checked into our room, we noticed the room was hot and AC was on. We waited a bit but when AC appeared to not work, we called the front desk and they said to wait as may take a while to cool down. We waited and called again and they brought up a fan which didn’t do much. We called again and they finally told us the AC is broken and we would be moved to another room. This is now close to midnight and we had to pack up our bags and move with a child. And no apology or anything from the hotel.

Perfect location for walking the city and Stanley Park. Room was spacious and had great views. Close to Robson Street, waterfront and many great restaurants. We had a problem with the AC and the staff quickly fixed it. Great service. Beautiful classic hotel.

Good central location. Only 5 minutes from cruise terminal and other bars and restaurants. Hop on bus nearby too. Room was big and comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. Plenty of high end shops located within the hotel complex if that’s your thing.
