We had a great time, this hotel is very nice, the room had a wonderful sea view, we planned our vacation a long time ago, when we arrived we loved it, the beach has no comparison, the food must be said to be lacking, the situation in this The issue is not 100%, there are some shortcomings, but the attention of the staff is incomparable, they always served us with a smile, Jeisson in the buffet restaurant provided us with quality service, we looked for him again but we did not see him again during our stay. The animation could be better, but we love the Cuban flavor. We will return to Canada with a nice memory.

Great week at this hotel. Highly recommend the upgrade to star prestige. The rooftop restaurant and bar are definitely worth it. The hotel could use a bit of upkeep but overall I thought it was fine and the beach is incredible. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

I upgraded to the Star Prestige Package and had an Oceanview room already booked. It was by far the best thing I did. Well worth the whole vacation. Diana the concierge for the 11th floor Panaramico Restaurant and bar was a Fantastic host along with all of the waitresses. No shortages of great prepared food and drinks. The cleaning staff on the 8th floor were great too. Always a very clean room,fresh towels and lots of friendly smiles and conversation to greet me. The staff on the main floor at the desk and bar as well as the other fine eating establishments were awesome. The pools were great.Especially the swim up bar and the beach itself was Superior. 1 of the Best in the Caribbean.If not the Best Just a Fantastic 1st time visit to Varadero and Cuba. I plan on returning next year to see the wonderful friends I met that work at the resort. <3

I was very nervous after reading all bad reviews but we were very surprised. 4 times in Cuba and it was the best vacation there. We had an Oceanfront Junior suite. The room was a large, king bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The most important thing is the view from our balcony, there are simply no words to describe this breathtaking view. We did not upgrade to Star Prestige. We ate in main buffet and a few times in Snack bar. For Cuba it was good and plenty of food. Never were hungry. No problem with drinks. We brought our beach towels and never had problems. The toilet paper was missing in public washrooms. We always had with us and it was not big deal. Our Cleaning Lady Marisbell was the best. The room is always clean, the towels were changed every day. She decorated our room a cute creation every day. When our safety box was broken she called from her cell phone to reception. Our phone in the room did not work. It got fixed in 30 minutes! She made big surprise for my birthday. She decorated our room very nicely and even beautiful roses from Varadero. Thank you very much for everything, Marisbell, we miss you! Special thanks to two beautiful and hardworking ladies, Lizzbett and Nailet in the buffet. You are the best there! Miss you girls! We went every day to the theater. The shows were different every day and very nice. The singers and dancers were amazing! Entertainment team was amazing. The DJs Joel and Denys are the soul of the hotel. They are very friendly and professional. Nice music all day. Addys, Indira, Dariell and Yan Carlos are very good workers. Thank you, guys! I know that average income for most in Cuba is $30 US per a month and it is hard to survive there. We brought lots of good clothes, flip-flops, cosmetic, medicine, and toys for kids. Also candies and chocolate. They were very appreciated for everything and it was made us feel happy. What is $1.00 or $2.00 for you? For them it is a big money. Some people never gave a tip because they are thinking they paid already for their trip... If you make someone happy and it will back to you. They are very kind, hardworking and nice people and deserve a little help. We never go back a second time to the same hotel. But we will definitely come back here.

Very good stay at the Bella Vista, it is a cozy place, it has very well distributed services, the bars, pools and restaurants, we loved the Japanese, we are a group of 6 friends and since we arrived everything has been very nice. We would like a little more nighttime entertainment, the beach is wonderful. We thank the buffet workers for the good services, especially Jason, the waiter, who served us first class, always attentive to what we needed. We are happy and happy to have chosen this hotel
