Very good stay at the Bella Vista, it is a cozy place, it has very well distributed services, the bars, pools and restaurants, we loved the Japanese, we are a group of 6 friends and since we arrived everything has been very nice. We would like a little more nighttime entertainment, the beach is wonderful. We thank the buffet workers for the good services, especially Jason, the waiter, who served us first class, always attentive to what we needed. We are happy and happy to have chosen this hotel

The hotel is good. The beach is beautiful. The place is safe. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel has a good location. The tourist plans are limited and expensive. Staff service is poor, waiting a long time for responses. The animation staff is inexperienced.

Services was grate , the variety at the buffet plus was a Handsome Guy his name is Jason he’s services was so good employee of the month, animation at the pool and the activity for the kids was wonderful hotel was cleans the beach was so beautiful and clean

Diana - Prestige guest services awesome Laimary & Lismary prestige servers awesome Upgrade to Prestige better food Cons Elevators dirty don’t work properly Bedsheets not cleaned Main bathrooms no toilet paper Many unsafe areas - trip hazards, broken mirrors Food is limited Ala cartes -Italian and Japanese were awful probably due to shortage of food. Buffet- a few people were sick for 3 days. Overall- I never have high expectations going to Cuba but for a 7 year old Iberostar I was very disappointed. If it wasn’t for the beach and people I probably wouldn’t go back. For the conditions of the resort, it’s overpriced.

This is an amazing hotel, the entertainment team is incredible. Addys and Indira are very friendly!!! The beach is wonderful
