This was my 2nd time to stay at Iberostar Tainos. I like the size of this hotel - not too small and not too big. It's easy to walk anywhere on this resort. My bungalow room was comfortable and worth the extra money. The food in the buffet was very good with lots of choice and selection. I also enjoyed meals at the a la carte restaurants. I spent most of the days on the beach relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean. The staff make you feel so welcome and that you're a valued customer. Special thanks to Yariana, Maday, Fiallo, Amanda, Yailet, Kenia, Rayda, Yahima, Dubi, YaDaisy, Janet, Jenny, and so many more! I appreciate your kindness and your dedication to your work. You're all amazing!

George at the beach bar was amazing. Sadly, that was the only highlight. My bungalow room never got below 25 degrees and flooded day 1. I endured the puddle for three days before the leaking bidet was fixed. I attempted to move rooms repeatedly, to no avail. The snack bar was infested with hundreds of cockroaches. The beach was filthy and any free lounger was broken. There was nowhere to smoke a cigar and have a beverage except for just outside the front doors. On check in my pillowcase had a footprint (not mine) and it was still there when I checked out. I'd bet it's still there. I travel to Varadero often and have low expectations but this was truly awful. Not worth the price.

Lovely hotel on a beautiful stretch of beach, with clear water. Beautiful gardens. Friendly staff. Nice cocktails. Large comfortable rooms with terrace.

We are on our honeymoon, we have enjoyed ourselves so much, 3 night in Havana and 11 nights iberostar tainos, it's not as big as other resorts, but that's the appeal, it's small enough to care ?? ?? ??, the beach is amazing,i mean amazing, staff great ??. Overall we will be coming back, we loved it here

Going to Cuba you have to recognize that they don't have a lot of resources like other places so I went with lower expectations. Iberostar was amazing though, that staff are INCREDIBLY nice and help you however they can to make sure you're safe and comfortable. The food was very good too, again they don't have too many options but they utilize what they have very well, same goes with the drinks. The beach was 100m away and had gorgeous sand and water! They voluntarily upgraded my room and I was a solo traveller so the manager Jania, and other staff made sure I was okay and checked In daily. I can't say enough good things about the people and my stay and will be going back!!
