This is my second stay here. Have an incredible experience. The service is outstanding; the staff is always helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food selection was vast, catering to a variety of tastes and every meal was delicious. The hotel offered engaging entertainment throughout the day and evening, ensuring there was always something fun to do. Additionally, the beach was absolutely stunning, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay :)

I do understand lack of goods in Cuba This my 52. Visit to Cuba in last 20 years Every time I was respeted by all staff in during this vists All staff on front office and rooms division is great! They treat you like you are family! Specially guest relation They take care of guest on highest possible level But tonight I was treated like never in my life!! I ko dly ask do they make espresso martini and waitress confirm that she ask senior bartender to make ot for me and she went to make espresso as an ingredient for cocktail Senior bartender was not in mood to wait and he said to her no need for espresso!!! So he just mixed liquor and vodka in inappropriate relation, quickly shake it and serve it. This was not possible to drink Unbalanced, rough, terrible!!! What we need to do to get proper dri k of they offer it? This Senior bartender doesn’t deserve to be in 5 star hotel i bar like this!!! I am sorry cause O have to stay 9 more days Shame
