We have truly had an excellent holiday. The hotel service is very good.We have to highlight the service of the level section that was wonderful. The level bar has a very good offer and special attention from the staff. On the other hand, the restaurant at the level is also a very special offer that you cannot miss with a specialized service. The best experience. We would like to congratulate the staff of the level section for their very good service with customers. We hope to repeat such a good experience.

It was one of the best experiencies of my life!!! The staff was quite polite and friendly, and the service was awsome!! I do recomend the experience with them 100% . I hope next year come back again with friends and my wife and get a very relax time with this guys

We just returned from a week at this hotel and I don't even know where to start. Having been to Cuba numerous times, I have to say that this hotel has been the best we've stayed at, by far. We took advantage of a deal and bought an upgrade to The Level and everything was absolutely amazing. Concierge service taking care of Every detail, the Lounge Bar at the 5th floor, Tex Mex restaurant for a la carte breakfast and lunch. It was worth every penny.

The hotel is nice, well maintained and very clean in all areas. The location is Amazing, The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and for $5 you can get to and from Varadero. The beach is stunning and we had amazing weather, which made our trip even better. Everyone was also very kind and accommodating to our needs, which made us feel very comfortable. Food and beverages are much better than we imagined, in terms of quality and variety.
