i met some very good and helpful people while at this resort, my good friend luis was one of them, a hard worker and always looking to help and be friendly to all the guests, as well as caro and robier. good people who showed love and helpfulness all the days i was there.

Had a phenomenal second visit to Melia Varadero. Great installations with outstanding services. The room was updated and the quality of food was good. The specialty restaurants were a plus. I appreciated having a designated restaurant to Level clients. The staff at Tex Mex were amazing and quite accommodating. A special thanks to the sales department for their help during the reservation process and for ensuring I had a wonderful vacation.

absolutely amazing staff. i made friends with two of the cooks. i'll be honest can't remember one name but Loisy became a very good friend of mine and makes the best beef i've ever had. great guy and vibe and overall a beautiful resort. a lot of people complain about cuba but i cant. thanks again

We had a great time. This may have been our best experience in Cuba. First time to Varadero. Room was clean and comfortable. So much food! Cuban restaurant was so good we went twice! Alvero (I think his name was) fabulous! The Cafe food was even good. The guys golfed twice and tried to go again a third time they had so much fun. Girls had massages. Excursions were fun we drove our own jeep! Bring a beach volleyball that’s all that was missing! We will definitely go back to this resort.

Everything was good! Love cuba! We had a great entertainer - Luis Eduardo Genisl! The people of Cuba are amazing! The food was great!
