What to write first about this beautiful resort? On arrival Gilberto, Juel and Daniel will welcome you and help with any transfer. Ladies at the reception-heroes with out a cape-will arrange check in for hundreds, always being polite and calm. The rooms are clean (thanks to our beautiful maid), beds comfortable and the views just beautiful. Yadira will serve you coffee with a great smile every day in the cafeteria (don't miss out on the frapuchino) and Luis will welcome you at the a la cart restaurants and give an impeccable service. A must is the restaurant by the pool, the maître there will introduce you to the best seafood (especially the lobster) and make you feel at home. Oh and the Varadero crystal clear waters are out of a dream. Water sports are also available. Music and dancing events all day long. But Aldler stood out. What a talent . Still have the eco of his voice in my ears. Unforgettable. Food was also great but if you can' t stand long lines at breakfast then pay a little extra for level. What I liked the most was that this hotel offers a personalized experience. Hotel staff attends to you like if you were a member of their family. It is not just a job to them, it is more and you can feel it. Looking forward to going back.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Los Pétalos in Varadero. The beach and ocean view were absolutely beautiful — the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the incredible scenery. The beach was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I also want to give special recognition to the amazing service at the Buffet Salón Habana. Two wonderful girls, Dailenys and Camila, took great care of my family during our meals. They were both super nice, friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. Their kindness and positive attitude really made a difference in our experience. Thank you, Dailenys and Camila, for taking such good care of my family! Your excellent service deserves to be recognized. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

Melia Varadero is an amazing hotel! This was the best choice for my family. The staff were professional and very attentive toward us, especially Paricio, he is a special chef and Julia on reception assisting us with any of our needs. This is a very well managed facility. We will soon return!!
