We had a nice vacation! Very nice and very helpful person who speaks in french very good, friendly and always looking to help the clients, he even greeted us with a cheers close to the beach for the guests, we felt special! Showed us a few dancing steps on night, every resort should have one of these guys in their resort ! We knew if we needed something he would be there for us , really busy guy , he never stops always helping the french people and other language too ! His name was Luis Edwardo !! Very special guy , made us feel like home ! Room are nice and drinks too , nice place to go relax ?? Planning our next trip with lots of friends cause we know someone speaks good in French and need that to secure us ! Thanks Luis Edwardo you’re the best!

This resort is a hidden gem, just a 30-minute drive from the airport. It’s incredibly clean and boasts a beautiful beach with plenty of reclining sunbeds. The staff is always on hand to clean and move your sunbeds, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The pool area is spotless and refreshing, making it a great place to cool off after a hot day or a dip in the sea. The buffet food is okay, but my favourite meal was breakfast, especially the fresh papaya smoothie. The restaurant offers delicious food, specially the Cuban dinner at the Tex Mex restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly. Oscar at the guest service truly went above and beyond to make our 45th anniversary special. Luis Eduardo, the entertainment group leader, had a warm and welcoming attitude, was a great dancer, and our lovely Natalie who knew our drink preferences and brought them to us immediately after the first night .

We were in Varadero in end of November 2025, we had a pleasant Time overall . It is hard to do better than this Hotel for the Budget! It is competitively priced for what you get. The Tex Mex Restaurant was a joy and delicious supported by the service staff namely Yulia who was always attentive each time we went. She wasalways smiley and spoke English very well , with a way of making us welcome , each time. The buffet was generally copy paste every morning and lunch as well . The suppers were on occasion with a theme and weak attempts to include food from those themes, such as Chinese night that had cold spring rolls and Chinese fried rice that was ok The rest was the same as every night . BUT FOR A 1000$ week in CUBA on a great beach ACCEPTABLE. You get what you pay for!. The grills and 24 hr restaurant were hood for snacks hot dog and burgers, only thing that would have made them better is cheese for burgers and maybe a piece of salad and tomato . Lastly we changed rooms 3 times as some non renovated ones were awful and facing construction sites even if you pay for a classic base price ko need to look at garbage! And hotel was not full So we got another one. But had to argue a little to change. I could go on… but you get the idea The most fun we had was a BOCCI Game organized by Luis Edouardo that was a 10/10

Absolutely beautiful resort! We have loved our time here. Food is great, service is excellent. We stayed in the level area and were treated like royalty. Special shout out to our beach server Luis Daniel who was so wonderful and attentive. We can’t recommend this resort enough!

I will never or very soon return to Cuba. The attitude towards Russians as unwanted guests, they smile only for tips. At the same time, the overall condition of the room stock and the territory is still far from at least 4 out of 5. Unfortunately, Cuba and this hotel in particular have dropped out of the list of vacation destinations for a long time. If you love Canadian and European tourists so much, then just give up on Russians and don't be ashamed of your obvious hypocrisy. As a human being, I brought medicines and left things, but all this to nowhere, they don't appreciate it.
