This was our first time in this hotel, definitely not last. We were greeted with a great smile when we checked in. I initially booked a room with the sunrise view, don't do that. When we received our room that was facing the other side and not the ocean we were not happy. We came downstairs and were able to switch (with a very reasonable upgrade price) to face the pool and the ocean. It was important to us to be able to wake up and see this gorgeous blue rather than the mountains. This is my fault, should've done more research on that, but the hotel was super accommodating with the switch. The rooms are spacious. We had our 2 children with us, and having the livingroom for them to enjoy with an extra tv was a great help in the mornings. I enjoyed the small kitchenette area in the livingroom space, it is def a nice area to use. The only downside in the room is the lack of shelves. I found that the space for clothes was not enough, so had to squeeze much of the clothes together. The rooms are large and spacious and new. We had a corner room on the 8th floor and the balcony was extremely big. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. It is amazing. There were so many options including an omelet station. I never once felt that we had to wait for food to be replenished, they were very efficient and the area was always clean. I was impressed by how much food was there for a complimentary breakfast that is not in an all inclusive resort. We loved the happy hour. The 2 drinks an adults and 1 drink a child were such a treat. Even if there was a line, it moved very quick, but also there was an option to get the same drinks on the other side of the lobby, without any lines. The snacks at the happy hour were also a pleasant surprise as we were able to enjoy them as our appetizer before heading out to dinner. The pool is amazing. We always had a cabana or an umbrella right by the pool. I came around 8am before my walk to reserve one, never an issue. Jorge at the towel area was amazing, so nice and funny! Another perk the hotel offers are beach chairs to take. We went to Baby Beach and Manchebo beach and were able to take beach chair from hotel to use and avoid extra fees at those beached. The beach across the hotel is okay. I entered once without water-shoes but I would probably recommend using a pair, there are some rocks and water weeds that you would want to have the shoes on. But the palapas are great and it is not a bad beach to enjoy. The bikes on premises were also amazing, took them few times to ride around and enjoy another form of exercise in this gorgeous weather. Overall I would come back in a heartbeat to this hotel. The staff were all great and the location of the hotels is just spot on.

Loved the Embassy Suites hotel Pool great. Not a lot of shade but we prefer that. Breakfast great Free parking You could just take taxis or walk but about .5-1.0 mile to high rise section Small beach area across road nice Short walk to amazing Eagle Beach Happy hour so so. Takes a while to get the free drinks but still a value if you line up around 5 pm Free bike rentals for 2 hours. Embassy suite Beach has recliners but you can also get beach chairs to take to other beaches. Rooms a little small but new and clean. Definitely coming back for another 19 days in the fall

Great place to stay. The view is beautiful from any room you get. We upgraded to the corner suite so we had the wrap around balcony on floor 6. Great view of hotel pool area and the ocean. People were friendly and service was great. They have drink reception every night and you get two free drinks each day of the stay.

The Embassy is a fairly new hotel. The room and the common areas were clean and well maintained. The gym was on the small side, but it met our needs. The staff overall was friendly. The breakfast was decent, especially the omelet station. The evening cocktail was complimentary and offered 2 free drinks for each adult and 1 free drink for each child. I've had better drinks elsewhere, but my kids enjoyed their juices. We ate at the hotel restaurant several times because it was convenient. The food was good and had options for kids and adults. There are restaurants nearby that we walked to as well. The hotel is close to Eagle Beach, which is stunning. The waters are clear, shallow, and calm. There is a grocery store (within 20 minutes of walking) to buy essentials like water and snacks because the hotel market is expensive. The hotel provides 2 water bottles a day, and you can fill up your water bottle during breakfast and at the gym. Overall, it was a beautiful and pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed The breakfast, pool and ocean access is amazing!!! The staff is friendly and the free drinks at night is the highlight!
