Worst experience ever!

Worse experience ever. Hilton should be embarrassed to have this hotel as part of their offerings. Very overpriced for the poor service. Took them 2 days to fix the phone that didn't work, room service meal was skimpy and not worth the price, you have to walk through a tunnel to get to a beach with water full of seaweed, the people at the front desk dont answer when you call. Everywhere you went people were angry and complaining.
3 star hotel

It was just ok. not the best location, def need a car to get around. The pool is nice but the beach is a 10 minute walk away and very small. Breakfast is included but one day there was no coffee and terribly watered down pineapple juice. Check in time is 4 pm but our room wasn’t ready. It’s a solid 3 star “ resort” way overpriced in my opinion. I would choose the Hyatt if I could do it again.
Great Place for the price

The embassy is great! The evening reception is always nice for some free beers. The breakfast is solid and obviously having a suite gives just that little extra room to relax. Leonardo at the pool bar serves a great Margarita! We had to seek him out. Lunch at pool is solid as well.
Its was great... Thanks Maria :)

We stayed at Embassy Suites Aruba three weeks ago and overall had a good experience. What truly made our trip memorable was Maria, who works at the pool restaurant. The pool bar was quite busy, and unfortunately the two men working there came across as a bit dismissive. However, Maria stepped in right away, took our drink order, and treated us with such kindness and professionalism. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. The hotel itself was okay, but Maria’s outstanding service really made our stay special. She turned an ordinary visit into a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful to her for that.

I chose the Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Beach Resort for its promise of calm vibes, space to breathe, and easy access to nature. It delivered beautifully—5 stars from my heart! For wellness seekers like me, it’s spot-on: peaceful enough for introspection, yet close to everything if I wanted a short walk for more adventure. No chaos, high ethical standards in service, and that disciplined yet relaxed Aruba energy aligned perfectly with my intentions. Highly recommend for solo yoga trips, restorative getaways, or anyone craving simple, mindful movement in paradise. Namaste, Aruba—you helped me reset deeply.
