My cousin, aunt and I went a few weeks ago to Embassy Suites Aruba and we had an absolutely amazing experience!! We all felt amazing, the all staff, pool/staff like Jorge, John, Randy, the waiters at the breakfast buffet Martha, Franklin, Nadim and housekeeping Francia treated us all like family we hadn’t seen in a long time, the room was very nice and convenient. The breakfast was also very good!!! Would recommend to anyone to stay at Embassy Suites

Our family just got back from Aruba and we LOVED this hotel but more the people! They treated us like family at this hotel and were so accommodating and hospitable. Martha and Nadime and Franklin at the breakfast buffet were absolutely fantastic their service was beyond amazing as well as those who make the omelets, homemade and fresh just as you like! And the pool towel and beach cabana service amazing as well! Jorge and John were super friendly and made you feel at ease as well as all the others that worked at pool towel and beach cabana service. I loved that you can swim calmly and relax while your personal belongings are being watched, the beach Juanita includes security as well! Me and my family were able to go for our walks around the beach and leave our bags behind knowing they will be watched by security as well as those who work at pool and beach. And the room service fantastic as well! Very clean and Francia our housekeeper was super friendly! We will definitely be coming to this hotel again when we come back to Aruba, it really felt like home away from home!

This was my first time in Aruba and at this hotel: I loved it! The check-in/check-out process was seamless. The rooms are modern and beautiful. Breakfast is always fresh. However, pay attention to the number of guests...essentially around 9am. Jorge and the other pool attendants are excellent with guests, which is something I can say about the pool. All the staff were super helpful and always smiling. There is a positive atmosphere at the hotel!

As a previous Hilton Diamond Member and Hilton girlie now a Marriott or nothing girlie, I have to say I’m pretty impressed! I only chose a Hilton hotel because I had the points to burn but let me tell you a little bit about this place in being totally objective. - This is definitely a more relax hotel. It’s quiet and not super crowded. So if you’re looking for loud music and a party crowd maybe reconsider the holiday inn. No seriously! We scoped it out and it was poppin and the beach was right there. I just wanted to dance and make a fool of myself. So just a different vibe which I’m not complaining about considering my hubby wants to be in bed by 7 ?? -The drinks are very good. Do yourself a favor and get a mojito or 5. I’m Not judging! -The staff is very friendly! -The rooms are beautiful! Very up to date and specious which caught me by surprise because it is one of the reasons I left Hilton… I just felt most of the hotels were always so dated among other things. - The hotel itself is very pretty. Big and it gives fancy vibes! -The pool is open until 11 which is great. -Breakfast being included is a mega plus and there’s a little shop open until 11 with sandwiches and drinks etc so snack are always available. They also put out some snacks throughout the day like cheeses, etc. which is so nice considering it’s not all inclusive. -There is a shop in case you need anything which is super helpful. I’m talking like from a new outfit to alcohol to bandaids… you never know! -The only thing that was a bummer was the beach was a little underwhelming. Not the best or biggest compared to Other hotels so if That’s not a deal breaker then carry on and book it!

I highly recommend this hotels. We stayed (family of 6) and had an excellent experience . The hotel was very clean & staff is so welcoming and helpful. It is a perfect location as you can walk to Eagle beach or the restuarants 10-15min walk- my 8 yr old had no complaints walking. The pool was amazing for relaxing after a day of beach and sight seeing . I am extremely picky with hotels and cleanliness and would stay here hands down on our next trip to Aruba !
