My husband and I stayed here in 2024 and loved the location, the awesome breakfast buffet, the cleanliness, the water available for hotel guests not just in room but locations on the grounds, the easy way to get to the beach, the comfortable beds, & I've always requested a quiet location and we have always been able to have that. People that work there are friendly and helpful. ( Grounds staff, cleaning staff, restaurant employees, front desk, all areas. )Naturally when planning a return trip, we went back in May of 2026. Recent trip wasn't quite as nice. Had to ask for shower soap, didn't leave bottles of water in room every day, didn't restock tea bags in room, didn't replace dirty glasses with clean ones, wasn't sweeping the room, didn't clean bathroom sink. When I asked for things at front desk, they asked me my room had been cleaned, and I said I like to believe but after a while seemed like they were only emptying the trash and making the bed and replace towels. I actually took a picture of the sink and showed front desk. An assistant manager did make things better at checking out. Louis Rollock at the front desk was very helpful as we had to call urgent care and he called them for us and helped me with other issues during the week. I love this place and the location, breakfast buffet, and the friendliness of the staff and their eagerness to help. I would definitely stay here again as I'm sure our experience wasn't the norm and expect to be as great as the first stay.

Would definitely come back here. Already looking to plan our next trip. This place is extremely clean. The service here is above and beyond. They easily have the biggest and best breakfast on the island. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Always greeted with a hello or how are you ? We felt very safe and secure here as well.

Room was incredibly humid. Clothes were damp from just being in the closet - very strange. The room was clean, which was the only plus. View was terrible. Hotel staff is extremely unfriendly. With the exception of the wait staff at the pool - staff seems annoyed and put out by even a simple greeting. Omelette station needs better cooks.

We stayed for three nights (Saturday through Monday) and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, and our room was ready upon arrival. We were delighted to find that we had a great room with a fantastic view. The suite was spacious, with a separate living area and dining table, making it feel much more comfortable than a standard hotel room. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. One standout for me personally was the bathroom amenities the hair products were amazing, and my hair honestly never felt so soft! We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, which was generously replenished daily. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and assisted us in arranging a rental car at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend renting a car while visiting Aruba, as it allows you to explore the island fully and experience much more than the resort areas alone. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of options each morning, and there was plenty of shaded parking available for guests. The gym was exactly what you need while on vacation, and the gift shop carried a fun selection of items that we didn't see elsewhere on the island. The highlight of our stay was watching the sunset from our balcony every evening. The views were absolutely stunning and one of our favorite memories from the trip. Overall, this was an excellent stay. I highly recommend Embassy Suites Aruba and would happily stay here again on a future visit.
