Great staff.. Albi at the front desk I forgot the front deak manager and the hospitality employee that I called hospital staff.. They where so nice.. The bar staff... All on point the. Godfather drinks! Whom ever was the bartender that knows what that is was the one that did me right!! And the basil lemonade with tequila! .. The crew at the front tho they take the cake.. OMAR!! DE LA CRUZ Steven, and I forgot the other one name but he had a beard with a baby face ??.. We had a great time.. Only thing was we had a issue with a wet smell in out room but the front desk moves up to a better room with the pool beach view with no issues.. Just an FYI a king size here is a queen size in America so get cozy with your spouse ??.. What we liked was the location iris a 15 min walk to either eagle beach or Palm Beach downtown area (which was the better area to have a great nightlife).. Also liked the exclusive beach across the street was perfect for us that wanted one more beach day before out late flight... The pool team the towel hut team... The entire staff lidith and the house keepers..the morning breakfast crew . Did us all great

The hospitality by the staff at the staff was the best we have ever experienced. Not just 1 or 2 - they all were great!. The hotel was super nice, clean, great breakfast. They run this place like it matters so you come back. From Juan at the front desk, Franco the engineer, Darlene, Norbey, at the lunch area and many more. Thank you so much for blessing us with your friendly smiles and genuine gracious attitude.

I would say this is one of the “stingiest” Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at. We arrived at 2:30 and I was told check in is at 4pm, so we waited around until exactly 4pm in order to get the keys. They put us on 2nd floor and I asked for a higher floor, they said 3rd floor is all booked and anything higher than 3rd I need to pay an upgrade fees. Btw the hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor so it’s basically the ground floor. While they are following the rules strictly to the T, but I’ve never experienced a hotel where they make you wait until 4pm and not offer any complimentary upgrade to a Hilton Honor member. They said other rooms were ready but I would have to pay an upgrade fees if I wanted to take another room. They are really playing the tourists who have traveled a long way to get here and are tired to wait on the room so they would just pay an upgrade fee for the room that is “ready”. Room is definitely smaller than a typical Embassy hotel, the toilet seat is smaller than the actual toilet so it feels weird sitting on a partial toilet. Toilet paper ultra thin. You just get the feeling that this hotel is squeezing in every way possible. Swimming pool temperature is cold, therefore not many people in it. They don’t heat up the pool. And yes it’s very windy, which makes it feel even colder. This is our first day so far, we haven’t experienced breakfast and happy hour yet. But so far I am not feeling a great vibe for this hotel. I will not return.

The Embassy Suites in Aruba is awesome! It is very clean. The restaurant onsite is excellent. The pool is large and beautiful. The staff are wonderful! They treat you like family! We stay almost every year at least once. Joann at the Towel Hut is wonderful. She is very sweet and very accommodating. She makes you feel welcomed and part of the family. Darrelynne, Norbey, and Jorge at the Pool were all wonderful waiters. They were all very friendly and professional and attentive to our needs. All very loving. Highly recommend requesting any of them. Thaise at the Front Desk checked us in and was very sweet and helpful. Omar the Bellman took care of our luggage both on arrival and departure and helped us with transportation. He was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Great value. Good for families, groups or couples. The hotel pool is terrific with plenty of cabanas (reserve one early). The staff is very attentive. The beach across from the hotel is just ok. However, a short 10 minute walk gets you to one of the nicest beaches in all of Aruba (or anywhere).
