Just spent a week at this hotel, stayed in one of the 2 bedroom ocean front. Beach is very nice, but limited swim spots. We ate out alot and had lunch at the hotel. Food was never consistent, but burgers were great. Cleaning was never consistent, always had to phone for items. For such a high end hotel they should heat the pool a bit so you could actually stay in it longer then 2 min .i have stayed at many Marriotts not sure if i would stay here again. There are certain things i look for especially for this price. Staff were pleasant no complaints there. But i like a nice pool that you can relax inand maybe swim a bit .

I had an amazing time in Belize. The Alaia Hotel is soo beautiful. We had the two bedroom suite and it was luxury, spacious, decor beautiful. The staff was professional and friendly very helpful. Eric, Stacy, Crystal were like family away from home. I will definitely be back. Until then thank you Eric, Stacy, Crystal and other names I don't remember thank you for doing what you do and stay well and be blessed.

We had a great time at the Alaia. The food, drinks and atmosphere were all fantastic and I’d especially like to give a shout to concierge Ninel, she was absolutely helpful and as nice as can be! Thank you Ninel! We will definitely be coming back!

Can’t say enough how friendly and helpful staff was. Special mention to Trisha who gave us excellent dining suggestions, Maria my favorite waitress at Sea Salt and Celina the hotel concierge who made reservations. Reception staff always had smile and friendly greeting. Hotel suite was beautiful and staff had decorated room for my birthday.

Nice accommodations, great food and service. Lots of mosquitoes in November. Requires ferry or plane to San Pedro island from BC. Elvis was a great greeter and had great recommendations. Reserve cabanas and massages/salon before arrival.
