The resort and Eric and Mimi and Rolando were awesome!!! can’t wait to come back. The staff made it worth the stay and we did a great boat tour off Aylin with Jamel to secret beach in the sand bar and then we went to Kay Cocker and with excite selling

The hospitality was so welcoming. We were always greeted with a smile. Service was great from everyone there. The only drawback was the food unfortunately. The food didn’t measure up to service and overall quality of the hotel. I give the food 3.5 stars.

This is my second visit to this resort, and it’s just as impressive as my first time. This time, I stayed in one of the charming townhouses right on the beachfront. It was still beautiful, serene, and incredibly amazing. The resort is a peaceful and quiet place. The pools are clean, the property is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly. From Krystal at the front desk, who was charming and informative, to Mr. Eric in the main lobby, who had a wealth of knowledge about the property and the island, and even the bartenders at the poolside (who are my favorites), everyone was incredibly welcoming. Our waitress, Stacey, at our cabana was full of energy, laughter, and excellent service. I’ve considered coming back and trying another resort, but your exceptional service makes it difficult to do so. The food was also amazing. The sea salt restaurant, the terrace, and the poolside luncheon were all great. Not one meal was a disappointment. However, I did have one or two flaws that needed addressing. As I mentioned before, the townhouses aren’t the newer part of the resort, so some upgrades are needed. We also had to have repairs done for our refrigerator, door handle, and air vent in the kitchen. But these weren’t big issues and didn’t hinder our stay at all. Thank you for making my friend’s birthday celebration so memorable. It was definitely the right decision. To the entire Alaia team, you’ve earned a lifelong customer.

Eric was amazing! Great service! Beautiful place. Had an amazing time while we were there. Everyone was super helpful to find fun things to do and restaurants. Beds were comfy, view was amazing. Would definitely recommend this trip for other couples.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very accommodating. They provided a little birthday surprise that included a cake with balloons. We stayed in Reef House, 2 Bedroom Suite, Bedroom 1: 1 King, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen, Ocean view, Balcony. Loved the location. It was so peaceful to wake up to the view! Every thing you need is here. You actually don’t have to leave the hotel which has several pools, bars and restaurants on site. But we Rented a golf cart with the hotel that included third party insurance and the bridge pass. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend staying here!
