Very peaceful/beautiful resort. The staff are all very kind & welcoming, a special shoutout to Eric who was very detailed and helpful the entire trip! The food is okay (pizzeria was our favorite) but the pools are very nice. Get a golf cart & explore!

The hotel was amazing. The rooms are luxurious, the food was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Eric. He was the first person we met welcoming us to the hotel. During the stay he checked in on us to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was handled. Eric is awesome and wears the best sneakers.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and this is easily the most memorable experience I've had. 1) Starting with the staff - everyone was absolutely incredible, remembers your name, and is focused on giving the best experience possible. Special shout outs to Nick, Alex, Tricia, Yonnie, and more for all their knowledge, amazing food/drinks (try the fresh juices in the morning and the ginger cocktails) , and remembering everyone's names. You really feel like home here after a day. 2) The location is good but I'd recommend renting a golf cart from nearby to be able to go into town, which is not walkable. 3) Check out some of the great events hosted by the hotel, such as the morning yoga

Our stay at the Alaia was wonderful! We were greeted at the door, immediately stripped of our luggage and offered warm towels scented with eucalyptus oils and a complementary drink. They stored our luggage for us while we waited for our room to be available. We arrived at noon so we figured we were going to wait. Plus, they allowed access to our bags in case we wanted to change and enjoy the pool while we waited. Elvis was amazing! He carried our luggage and guided us to our room. He offered to give us a tour of the entire property as there are many different pools, restaurants, etc. Elvis provided us with a thorough list of recommended food locations and restaurants, which I have to say, were phenomenal and truly accurate recommendations. During our entire stay here Elvis was very helpful and a pleasure to have around. Give this man a raise! Over all great experience at Alaia. The offer snorkeling tours that can be booked at concierge. Very affordable and all you have to do is go down to the boat dock in the morning and they bring you back before lunch.

This was the greatest resort hotel I’ve stayed in. The customer service was amazing from first arrival until the moment we left. Eric helped us from the time we walked in every step of the way. He is the greatest and should be rewarded for his commitment
