Alaia Belize was an awesome hotel. Highly recommended!! The rooms were clean and spacious. Very comfortable. The staff was very hospitable. Maria, our waitress for breakfast, was the SWEETEST!! I love her. She always smiled. She checked on us constantly without being overwhelming. She made sure we had everything we needed without skipping a beat! THANKS MARIA!!?? Shout to Adrian, Eric, and Elvis too!!! You all rock! Thank you!!!!! If you're looking for a hotel in Belize, No need to look any further!! Stop here!!! You will enjoy your stay. I felt so welcomed at this luxurious resort! All of the staff were amazing but I’d love to shoutout Adrian, Maria, Elvis, and Eric for the warm welcomes hellos throughout our stay! We thought we had an issue with warm water but it turned out that the American in me had the knob turned the wrong way. ?? NOT ONE COMPLAINT!!

We had a group of 25 friends stay at Alaia Belize to celebrate birthdays. The resort was perfect for our group. The friendly staff helped us plan our stay, including organizing happy hours and a group dinner on the resort. Communication was great, as was their execution of our events. Shout out to Eric who was there at check-in and check-out to help ensure the stay was great. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

We first stayed at Alaia around Christmas time in 2022. The one thing that stood out during our first trip was the hospitality from the bellmen and bartenders. Fast forward a year and a half and we return to Alaia for more relaxation and fun. While the relaxing vibe, great/spacious rooms and amenities just as we’d remembered, the staff members that really made our first trip so memorable weren’t there anymore. This property is well suited as a top 10 resort on the island. Clean, well-manicured grounds, clean beach area, good rooms and amenities are what you’d expect from a resort at this price point and Alaia doesn’t disappoint. If looking for good breakfast options, the potatoes at Alaia are great! They are a must try. However, the food quality at the seafood restaurant is on the decline. Both my wife and daughter sent their plates back because of the taste. Alaia is nestled in a location with mutiple dining options nearby and just a short drive from downtown. There is very little that will disappoint you at the property.

Island was so beautiful. Hotel food was amazing and staff were incredibly nice. Danielle was my server on my bday and she was AMAZING! So kind, attentive and super sweet. The food was so good and the drinks were on point ! I will be back and I can’t wait!
