Best place on the island. Eric was very welcoming and such a friendly face everyday. Resort was beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well-accommodated. We didn’t do the all-inclusive but rented a golf cart to explore the island and eat out. Will definitely be back!

Great Spring Break for the family. Facilities and food amazing! Great location. More importantly, the staff is top notch and made the stay very memorable. Special shout outs to Gonzalo who got us the room, Ronaldo setting up at the pool, Moises and Minnie serving at the pool, and mostly Blanca who served us every meal and was a star! We will definitely be back.

My hotel stay was amazing. They have such a friendly staff. Minnie was top notch , one of a kind. She provided us suck great service and was a joy to be around. I will come back again due to the exceptional service.

Just came back from 5 nights here - family of 4 with 2 kids ages 10, 11. We had never been to Ambergris Caye before - kids'/husband's first time in Belize. We actually planned this trip last minute as our other spring break trip planned fell through 2 days prior. Have to say, this trip was one of the best! We LOVED this hotel. Great property, and we were able to be in a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Blanca at the Sea Salt restaurant, and Moises and Mini at the pool bar. We had an issue with a smoke detector beeping one day and they were so responsive about it. Took care of it immediately. Just could not have been nicer. The pool is perfect for families and we spent a few days just relaxing there. We also booked a jungle excursion through the Concierge- Xunantunich and Belize Zoo- and this was fantastic. They coordinated every step, and our tour guide Shaid was fantastic. I think this was the kids' favorite activity of our stay. Highly recommend going mainland as the local food and natural habitats are fabulous. I just love Belize- for nature, animal, food and sun lovers it's paradise (forget the scuba diving, I'm a land-loving Coloradan but I heard that's great too, haha).
