Everything was so nice. The staff was very attentive and even remembered your name when you saw them again. They offer complimentary hotel shuttle service, and Eric was very nice. Great stay.

We love this resort. The property is fantastic, but the people are even better. Austin, Ernestica, and Eric are just the best. Alisha is a wonderful concierge who made our experience even more special.

Amazing resort! Beautiful, and the rooms are amazing! Everyone is so nice, the staff is so kind and attentive. Shoutout to Aaron, he was the best and really made me feel like a valued guest!

We stayed in an Airbnb 3 nights then spent our last 2 nights here. It was great to be able to have a beach and enjoy the beautiful pool. The staff is so incredibly kind. Special shoutout to Eric at the front check in for being so friendly every day. We were celebrating a birthday and they made the room feel extra special!

Am currently staying at the Alaia..and am awake in the middle of the night as the stench is overwhelming, and in fact has woken me As soon as we arrived we were aware of a pungent and repugnant smell. When we asked {without being rude) what the aroma was, we were told it was some seaweed that comes in with the tide …so Mother Nature is doing her thing and apparently it is seasonal ..that’s ok you can change nature But do be aware that it is everywhere and you cannot escape it …it’s in the air, by the pool on the beach and permeates through the AC into the rooms So I strongly suggest you bring plug in air fresheners, candles and possibly a bottle of aromatherapy oil (so you can carry it around with you)… We are leaving today (were only here for the weekend) if I had to be here any longer I would have to leave ..so be aware and be prepared Other than that it is a nice property and I’m sure at a different time of year would be lovely
