Disappointed with our stay. We travelled with multiple family members for our wedding. The staff was very friendly and courtesy. The resort changed the day of the wedding though there was not a wedding the day we originally chose. We also were not given accurate options regarding our wedding which ended up costing substantially more. I had arranged a spa treatment for a member of our party as the change in wedding day cost them additional travel and expense. She went for her treatment and said they had no one to do the treatment and to come back in a couple of hours though we already family picture arranged at that time and she was leaving the following morning. I talked with concierge as they asked about concerns but there was no follow up. Will NOT plan on returning to another Hyatt resort for our next family vacation

We were not happy with our stay. We could not use ANY of the pools. The water was way too cold. Large pool was missing hundreds of tiles

Dreams Sands is a beautiful report. My husband enjoyed ourselves. What was great was the a airport staff shared good experience. In addition not having to wait until 3pm to check in was really good. We had been travelling for more than 10 hours so it was great to be able to relax right away.

Entertainment team was amazing!! Charli, Angie, Brian, Diana and DJs were so fun and uplifting. Charli the best dancer!! ?? Brian is very funny. Alexandra is an amazing singing WOW!! Could listen to her sing for days!

The resort has old rooms. Oceanfront is actually just ocean view. Great shallow beach with fun activities for the kids. We are vegetarian and hence food was a major struggle with nobody understanding what is vegan/vegetarian.
