My girlfriend and I had a very memorable stay at the Dreams Sands Cancun. The staff provided very attentive service throughout my time there (beachside, room service, housekeeping, front desk, events coordinators). I booked a jungle speedboat tour and a catamaran trip to Las Islas Mujeres from the staff and had a seamless, amazing experience. I found the Mexican restaurant the best experience and enjoyed the breakfast buffets. Thank you to the great staff at Dreams - looking forward to returning soon

We looked for a clean and relaxing hotel, this was it. My wife and I enjoyed several days just in the hotel itself. Food, music and entertainment was excellent, no need to step out.

We returned to see how the renovations of the resort and we were blown away by the renovations. The lobby is now twice the size, more seating, air conditioned. New preferred pool and beach area which had great servers. The new Gaucho restaurant was good but we miss the French reservation. The rooms are small but with the bathroom renovations of eliminating the bath tubs make them more functional.

We love this hotel. The staff always goes above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect. Yes, the rooms could use some updates but it's not bad enough that it would stop us from returning. They were always clean. We enjoy all the food and drinks choices. We will be back next year for the 4th time.
