Unique Night Club at Moon Palace The Grand will be temporarily closed for maintenance starting Monday, July 22nd until further notice. During this period, Noir Night Club located in the Sunrise Lobby will be open from Monday to Saturday, operating from 10:30 pm to 03:00 am, ensuring guests continue to enjoy nightly entertainment as usual.
Dedicated transportation will be provided to and from The Grand's lobby during Noir's operating hours to ensure seamless mobility for guests.

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun is the newest addition to the Palace family. Moon Palace The Grand Cancun presents a unique resort within a resort offering access to ten restaurants, nine pools, seven bars and one of the biggest spas in the area; Awe Spa.
Stay at 1, Play at 5 - Guests of Moon Palace the Grand Cancun have access to the services and amenities of select sister resorts including Beach Palace, Moon Palace Cancun, Playacar Palace and Sun Palace.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at Moon Palace The Grand in Cancun was so consistently frustrating that it feels necessary. First, our room had a leak that was never properly addressed. Instead of apologizing or offering real assistance, the staff came off rude, dismissive, and often completely unavailable. On multiple occasions, we were spoken to in a condescending tone, and it became clear that unless we were openly offering cash tips (which we’re happy to do, but like you needed them to see cash in your hand!) , getting help or attention was almost impossible. For a resort that markets itself as luxury, basic courtesy shouldn’t depend on how much you tip. The pools were shockingly cold—not just refreshing, but genuinely uncomfortable—and we found ourselves avoiding them altogether. For a vacation spot built around pool and water activities, this was a huge letdown. Overall, the property itself might look impressive, but the service and experience fell far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money, and we wouldn’t return.

I’m here right now and although the amenities have been great, I have been locked out of my room for 30 minutes with a crying toddler trying to sleep. They have been repeatedly telling me the locksmith is “on his way” but still has not come yet. On top of that, they say that I have to go to the front desk to get new wristbands even though it’s their fault they stopped working. They should have at least given me new ones instead of making me get them. Awful experience so far.
