We had a marvelous evening with wonderful service provided by Carlos and The Captain Francisco. The service was absolutely amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. Each course of food was served with great presentation. Each course was so delicious and cooked with love. We truly enjoyed watching the ocean and the beautiful Palm trees. The sax player was a great touch as we danced under the moonlight.

We greatly enjoyed the romantic dinner. Our server Carlos was exempterly! Highly recommend! We stayed at the Sunrise resort as a family of 6. Our second trip. Traveling in May at lower capacity is excellent.

If anyone is looking for a place where they can enjoy time while their child is being entertained safely this is the place to go we have the best experience with Kathenne and Lily in the playroom my son basically did not want to spend any time with us and wanted to be dropped off there daily

I’ve been to Moon Palace multiple times. Each time, everything and everyone has been amazing!! For this review, I utilized the spa at The Grand and had Aaron help out my brother and I. Needless to say, Aaron is the perfect example of a great person and employee! He has helped us in the past and I hope to see him again in future visits. Thank you for everything!

We’ve been going to Palace since 2001 and became members. Every time we’ve stayed at one of their resorts it has been fabulous and this time is no different. Staff very professional and courteous, always wanting to please you. We stayed in a swim-up suite and it was worth it! The convenience of having a pool steps from your suite is life changing ;) The spa is unbelievably huge with many thermal loungers and awesome hydrotherapy. Amenities are excellent and well-maintained but the restaurants by far exceed your expectations! We’ve already booked our next stay :)
