Unique Night Club at Moon Palace The Grand will be temporarily closed for maintenance starting Monday, July 22nd until further notice. During this period, Noir Night Club located in the Sunrise Lobby will be open from Monday to Saturday, operating from 10:30 pm to 03:00 am, ensuring guests continue to enjoy nightly entertainment as usual.
Dedicated transportation will be provided to and from The Grand's lobby during Noir's operating hours to ensure seamless mobility for guests.

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun is the newest addition to the Palace family. Moon Palace The Grand Cancun presents a unique resort within a resort offering access to ten restaurants, nine pools, seven bars and one of the biggest spas in the area; Awe Spa.
Stay at 1, Play at 5 - Guests of Moon Palace the Grand Cancun have access to the services and amenities of select sister resorts including Beach Palace, Moon Palace Cancun, Playacar Palace and Sun Palace.

Spa - Rosales was simply amazing

The Grand Moon Palce Spa is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, elegant, and the perfect escape from the busy Cancun energy. But the highlight of my visit was hands down my massage therapist, Rosales. She was incredible! Her communication was clear and professional, and her massage technique was both soothing and deeply effective. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Rosales truly has a magical touch—highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

My wife , 4 yo son and I just got back from staying at the grand and had an amazing time. The staff was great Z always smiling and very polite . Golf carts always siping by to get you where you want to go. The resort is massive for This is great. Pools everywhere , bars stocked ! Jose at the activity pool bar was my man and kept the drink flowing. SHOUT OUT JOSE ! gracias amigo ! Highly recommend. Beach area was nice. Water had lots of seaweeed which from earlier research we knew and beach wasn’t the reason we booked here so didn’t bother us. Very kiddo friendly in all aspects- pools, food, games.. 100% would stay again .
