Nice place to stay!

The check in and check out process was very efficient. The club tower was very nice and felt exclusive. They had light snacks and drinks throughout the day. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The pools were great but of course everyone reserves chairs with towels. We decided to book cabanas so we didn’t have to wake up extra early to deal with that. Julio and Enrique by the main pool and beach was a very good servers. The folks maintained the beach so well that we never had to deal with seaweed. The restaurants were all good and we had French food for the first time which was a nice experience. Rafael put on a great show at MoonGate Hibachi station. The hotel overall is very nice place to stay and would consider coming back for a long weekend with my wife to stay at the adult only area.
Can’t believe such a top notch resort offers day passes. Thank God they do because we take advantage of it.

This is my go to resort. When on our last couple of vacations to Cancun. We have been less than thrilled with our choices and have actually taken day trips to the Ziva while vacationing at other resorts because it’s that good. I’m actually kind of shocked that they offer Day passes. They’re expensive( 500 bucks a couple for the day) but it still keeps drawing us back. The resort is pretty expensive but worth every penny if you can swing it. Every time we try to go on a more budget friendly resort in the area, we end up, regretting it and spending more money to do other things off the resort, including going back to the Ziva for the day. I don’t know how many more times I’ll make that mistake before I just bite the bullet and stay at the Ziva for the entire vacation. I guess we’re always looking for good resorts in the area, but we have yet to find anything that compares.
