We love the Hyatt Ziva Resorts. We have visited three thus far and they have not disappointed us yet. The staff is professional and friendly. We have recommended resorts to others and they love it. It nice resort if you want to relax and just have a nice time with family and friends. The food is good as well.

Food was ok, service was underwhelming some restaurants were slow when we ate there. Room and grounds were beautiful. Many vegetarian options

Everything about the resort, food, drink, and customer service were exceptional. Steady Eddie from the entertainment crew truly treated us as family. He made our trip more amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

The best all inclusive I have attended. When we have tried others we have always been disappointed and returned to Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Staff are amazing and food is excellent. Great beach’s and pools. Gym keeps my morning going every visit followed by great protein shakes.

We have been to Cancun for a few times, this is first time to stay at Cancun Ziva since we have a membership with The Playa Collection. The Hyatt Ziva is a fantastic place to enjoy your vacation. We are so impressed with the check in Melqui and Gina to give us upgrade room with no charge. The activity programs are wonderful and I joined so many classes such as Aqua combat, water cycling, Pilates. The instructors Alex and others are well trained. The food quality outstanding,. The room amenities are excellent. The transportation kind of over priced but the service quality is great. We have no complaints about the Hyatt Ziva in overall. As a playa collection members, we are so disappointed with their service quality. We don’t recommend them to anyone stay away from their membership program. Don’t waste your money, we don’t get any benefits from the membership for paying the fees. We regret that the lessons we learned. Don’t let them to fool you. Just book your trip directly from Hyatt Ziva and you won’t be regret.
