We had an incredible week at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun. The whole resort is so easy to get around — everything was just a short walk from our room, which made the stay feel effortless. There were plenty of food options throughout the day, and I have to highlight the al pastor tacos by the pool… absolutely delicious. The beaches were immaculate, and we loved spotting different fish in the water each morning while sipping coffee and watching pelicans dive for their breakfast. We also got a kick out of seeing the iguanas around the property — the kids thought they were the coolest thing. The staff throughout the resort was consistently friendly and eager to help. Our kids were obsessed with the dessert bar, my son loved the pizza-making class, and my wife and son had a great time kayaking. Hibachi night at the Asian restaurant was another highlight — great food, fun atmosphere, and a really entertaining experience for the whole family. For dinners, Tradewinds quickly became our favorite spot. We want to give a huge shoutout to Eleazar — we went back to see him three times because he made every meal special. He even prepared a custom after-dinner drink for us (pretty sure it was a Carajillo Flameado), and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Another big thank-you to Miguel at Chevy’s, who surprised our kids with a sundae platter on our last day. Little touches like that really made the trip memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for great service, great food, and a beautiful setting.

Our stay had its enjoyable moments, but seeing the dolphin enclosure really altered our perspective. Dolphins confined to small concrete tanks for tourist entertainment feels outdated and unethical. Hyatt should close this facility and relocate the dolphins to accredited sanctuaries.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun offers service second to none! We stayed in the adult only Turquoise Tower. Butler service was extraordinary. The property is kept up 24/7. Best All-Inclusive property we have ever stayed in. Hyatt Ziva Cancun exceeded our expectation and is well worth the extra expense to stay there.

This resort far exceeded my expectations! They provided the best food experience overall that I have had at any all inclusive resort but especially were absolutely amazing with providing safe and delicious gluten free food for my wife and son who have celiac disease. The resort and rooms are beautiful and very well maintained and the staff nailed all the small details. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible trip with 12 seniors and families for Spring Break. Food and accommodations are top notch, the service is impeccable. You won't be disappointed, encountered many people who were repeat customers and said this is the best spot in Cancun.
