From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, well maintained twice a day. The restaurant’s and bars are second to none with amazing friendly staff. The attention to detail, the cleanliness,( you will always see people cleaning is beyond belief. The entertainment is top level with a special mention to Michele who sings in the Speak easy bar as she is world class..amazing.

We had an incredible experience there the entire time. The food is absolutely incredible regardless of where you go. We've been to other resorts as well and quality is nowhere near as good. The games / entertainment is unreal - there is something to do all the time. Random food / drink carts and little things that go along way to constantly make your head turn & find something fun to do next. Below are some of the people that in particular gave us a memorable stay. Look for them! - Martin at the Swim Up Pool -- amazing. Just crushed it all day every day. Take care of him. - Raul and Edgar from Sassil. They poured us espresso martinis every night, always remembered my name and we had fun. - German and Jonas at Tradewinds - We became best of friends by end of week - HA! They were so fun, remembered us & were amazing servers. - Judith who was our main Waitress by the pool every day. Always knew who we were, and kept our drinks there and cold at all times! - German at spa was super helpful. - Lidia - my wife's masseuse was incredible. - Alfonso at Habeneros was amazing the 2 times we went. - And Antonio who helped us at the buffet and made our 3 year old a balloon animal made the time really special too.

We had a great family stay at Hyatt Ziva Cancun and would happily come back. The location is hard to beat. Being at the very tip of the Hotel Zone gives you amazing views and beautiful water on multiple sides of the resort, but it still feels tucked away from the crowds. One thing that stood out right away was how clean everything was. Our room was spotless, the pools were always clean, and the entire property felt very well maintained. Service was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was a highlight for us. We tried every restaurant on the property and enjoyed all of them. The Moongate ended up being our favorite, and we went back multiple times for both the sushi and teppanyaki. We also spent a lot of time at Tres Cervezas for the drinks, pool tables, and laid-back atmosphere. There was enough variety that we never got bored with the dining options. The nightly entertainment was always enjoyable, and there was plenty to do around the resort. Even with weddings and other events taking place during our stay, it never felt loud or crowded, which we appreciated. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the Club Lounge offerings, particularly in the evening. The food and beverage options felt a bit limited compared to the rest of the resort. Overall, this was one of our favorite family vacations, and Hyatt Ziva Cancun is a resort we would absolutely consider returning to.

The service was amazing. I recommend renting a cabana for a better experience. Food was great, beach was not as great as expected. There was way too much seaweed that the beach looked black. I know it's not the resorts fault, but a read a lot of reviews before we went and the reviews said that it was Sargassum free. I don't know if those reviews are real, but we spent almost no time on the beach. We booked primarily for the beach and it was a big disappointment.

This was our 5th trip to Ziva. Always a great experience. Our butlers in the Turquoise Tower, Liliana and Yael, were great. Appreciated them meeting all our needs.
