I was staying at the Hyatt Ziva for a friend's wedding being held at the hotel. My experience was fantastic! The hotel was beautiful, all restaurants and drink options were awesome, and the hotel staff was especially friendly, professional and spoke excellent English!

The Hyatt ZIVA Cancún is a beautiful resort, perfect getaway into paradise. Amazing food everywhere you turn and it’s kid friendly. Friendly and helpful staff and excellent place to stay.

We will definitely be coming back! By far the best all inclusive resort my husband and I have went to. The food, drinks, beach, pools, rooms, customer services, etc. were top tier. We were more than satisfied. We did a couples photo shoot on the beach, went to the spa twice for Swedish massages, and went to the fitness gym every day during our stay. We tried every restaurant and went to all of the pools and bars. We tried just about everything and were always so satisfied. The staff is over the moon friendly and accommodating.

Overall we had a wonderful experience at this resort. We visited during a time where tourism is not at busy. All the employees were very attentive and made sure to go above and beyond to be helpful. We continuously go back to Mexico for the people alone. You just can’t beat the level of service. My husband’s family is from Mexico and the people make you feel like family! The hotel was super clean and house keeping was super attentive. The food at some of the restaurants could use some more flavor or seasoning, but overall we had an amazing experience and would recommend this resort especially for the ocean and beach. I was worried traveling with 2 small toddlers but everyone was so accommodating and helpful!

William, Rodrigo and Daniella from the Entertainment crew were very fun and talented. They really helped make the atmosphere much more livelier. Also, we love the Sip and Paint activities.
