This resort was awesome. The service was superb. Food was amazing. Habanero’s by the ocean is a must. Must mention Jorge who made the best drinks and Ferderico for his excellent table waiting. The Den is a mixology wonderland. Jorge and Eduardo provided phenomenal drinks. Jorge is the master and Eduardo delivered the goods. Mario provided excellent tequila and bourbon tasting. We will definitely return to Ziva Hyatt for years to come.

My family and I spent a wonderful week at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun. It was our sixth time visiting and it never disappoints. It continues to be one of the best all inclusive resorts on the Cancun hotel zone and I’ve been to many. The two beautiful beaches either side of the peninsula really make it unique. The food is great and the staff are wonderful. Shout out to Juliana at the back pool who is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Also Eduardo at the gym who put me through my paces in a great spin class. Thanks team Hyatt Ziva. You are amazing. Can’t wait to go back again!

I recently visited this place and was appalled to find a captive dolphin facility on the premises. By now, housing dolphins in concrete pools for entertainment is unacceptable. I urge Hyatt to rethink this practice and relocate the dolphins to suitable sanctuaries.
