Hyatt treats DOLPHINS inhumanely through captivity--do not support them.

Hyatt should be held accountable for their disgusting treatment of wildlife and for keeping captive dolphins in inhumane conditions. This day and age, we should know better than to mistreat animals for our entertainment. Hyatt should feel ashamed.
Paradise is the word for this beautiful resort!!

This resort is awesome! Mrs. Karla Sanchez from Playa Collection is a very professional person! She took care of us there! We had a very nice time! Paradise is the word for that resort! The staff, food, rooms, service…is excellent! Everything is perfect! I recommend it! I’m coming back for sure!

Absolutely fantastic in every way! So beautiful and clean. Staff is amazing and the rooms were great! Can't wait to go back!

Hated seeing the dolphins in this tiny pool, kept like goldfish in a bowl. So sad and upsetting to see.

I am shocked to see dolphins being kept in such tiny tanks for the purpose of profit. Appalling to see Hyatt that have such little care for animal welfare. I would not recommend or stay here. Mexico and many countries around the world have banned keeping Dolphins for entertainment. Time for a better approach.
