Animation adult pool: great job by Laila, Abigael and the mexican brownie. Food is really good. Staff is nice and helpful. Jorje at Braza, Miguel at the pool and all the concierge are super. Deception about the room... we ask to change but it was almost the same. Bloc 13, room have a smell, like mold or water infiltration. We were on the adult side. Star class people stayed on our side and had butler saving seats. To me thats not fair because they have their own pool.

INSUFFICIENT SUNBEDS!! The hotel are aware of the issues but are doing nothing about it. After complaining to management they said it is what it is?? Customer services especially one member of the management was aggressive towards me when I was trying to explain the issue with the beds. His attitude was witnessed and a complaint put in against him. This resort is over rated and does not live up to a 5 star experience. Please think twice before booking as I am not the only guest experiencing issues.
