Great experience overall. Incredible staff and attention to detail. From the meals and drinks to turndown service at night.
Need more choices for sit down dinners

The Aurora restarant closed for a week while we were there. The Fuego was closed 3 nights while we were there. Availability for a sit down dinner was difficult. We called 3 days in advance for reservations at any of the open restaurants and were still shut out. We ate room service over half of our stay there. If someone has diamond status, they are able to walk in without reservations. I have no problem with someone paying for status, but would just like to have a place to sit down for dinner. Also, status gets you a reserved spot close to the pool, that is fine, however I put our towels down on a couple seats then went for a swim, when I came back a note reminding me that I can't "reserve" a spot. On the positive side, Juan Guinto our server for breakfast was outstanding. He provided great service and always went beyond to do his best.
