First time, but not the last!

Just returned from the Sun Palace, and we will definitely be planning another trip back! Rooms were clean and comfortable and restocking any amenity was fast and easy. The pools aren't large but they are very nice and the views of the beach from the infinity pools were pretty amazing. Entertainment Crew was a lot of fun (Jonathan, Jesus, Pedro, Allen and Monica) did a great job. We started and ended our day with Coffee and Sweets the entire crew were all excellent. Gabriel was always super attentive to anything we needed. Restaurants and service were all good, but not fast, so enjoy but pick a reservation time before you typically get too hungry for dinner. Try the pool snack bar or lunch buffet to get you by during the day. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, say hello to the best waiter at Aurora, Juan Guinto, you can't miss his smile and excellent service! We loved our week at the Sun Palace, Until next time!!!

Second time staying at the Sun Palace. We had such a wonderful time! I have to give a shout out to the Entertainment staff! Pedro, Jonathan, Monica, & Jesus (I hope I didn’t leave anyone out - the whole team working the week of 5/10-5/17) is AMAZING. They did such a great job of entertaining us, getting us to participate in games, and making us laugh nonstop. They were SO friendly and fun, and they make the Sun Palace such a special place to be! It would not be the same without them. ?? The hotel staff also went above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday special, by writing “Happy Birthday” on the bed with rose petals and leaving some Champaign and birthday cake in the room. It was really sweet and appreciated! ?? The room we stayed in was beautiful - and the room keeper did an amazing job keeping it clean for us. We loved the hot tub, balcony view, & being able to chrome cast shows at night while falling asleep. ?? Also want to mention how amazing all of the restaurants were, the food was amazing ??, and all of the wait staff did a fantastic job! (I wish I had written down their names) they all deserve credit for being fantastic. I believe the name of the waiter who served us in the Trattoria Italian restaurant was named Ricardo, and we really enjoyed his service! The pool bars also did an amazing job, and the food & drinks were amazing. We loved the ceviche, shrimp cocktail, nachos & all of the tasty beverages. ???? Lastly want to mention how great all of the shows were! We saw the Micheal Jackson Show, Ages of Rock Show, Fire Show, and the Mentalist Show and they all were super entertaining. All of the talent was incredible! ?? Can’t wait to go back to the Sun Palace in the future. ??
