The employees who made the visit ultra-special!! Miguel at VIP LOUNGE Spa-Doris/Cecilla Spa-Adeline Trattoria-Able&Gabriella Monica- (manager) Aqua butler-Luis and Jonathon Spa-Daisy/Monica WaiterTHAI-Aldo waiter Aurora Juan Valeria - sweet shop These employees transformed the vacation from GOOD to GREAT!!! Sun Palace is a smaller resort and you quickly become close to both the staff and employees. EVERY restaurant served cuisine…. Not just food. We had superb, first class food at each meal and at each restaurant !!! Will come again and highly recommend !!!

Our stay at Sun Palace was AMAZING! We LOVE the staff. The Entertainment crew including Johnathan, Roberto, Allan and Pedro are AWESOME! They made our trip so much FUN and they are so friendly! Raquel, and all our Pool Conceirges were great! And Karina, the waitress in The Bar, was the best! All the bartenders and the wait staff at the restaurants were so helpful and made each dinner special. All the food was so good but be we loved the Thai restaurant the best and our waitor was fabulous. We went to The Sweet Shop at least once a day for goodies. We always enjoy the SPA and this trip was no exception. The rooms and resort are beautiful (the interior decorator did a great job with the renovation) and the view is gorgeous. We enjoyed the nightly shows and our time at The Bar every night!! No need to leave the resort when you have great food and entertainment every day and all evening. The Romantic Dinner on the beach was fabulous as always and the violinist was magnificent. We had so much fun and laughs at the pool, playing games and volleyball with Jonathon and the whole crew. Shout out to our Diamond Concierges, Yenni and Vivianna, thank you for making our stay memorable. We have been Members for a long time (20 years) and come to Cacun at least once a year with family and friends. All the Palace Resorts are lovely but ... Sun Palace is the BEST !! Looking forward to next year.
