Amazing place. Our third time here and we will continue to come back. Thank you Jesus, Pedro, Jonathan, Monica, and Allen for making the trip so enjoyable and fun! Great job entertaining at the fun pool! Also thank you to all serving staff. Always attentive and great food/drinks. We also loved how clean the resort kept the beach. Thank you to those guys who are out there each morning.

This is our third time at the Sun palace. The service and entertainment staff are top notch! All of the servers at the restaurants are kind, attentive, and prompt. The entertainment staff, especially Jesus, Jonathan, Pedro, Alan, and Monica are so much. You feel like you’re hanging out with your best friends!

We spent a week at Sun Palace in May. To say we had a fabulous time is very understated. The staff is the heart of the resort. The food is phenomenal! We never had a bad meal and that includes the pool food. We stayed at the quiet pool as we're older and appreciate the peaceful area. But, The Lobby Bar is THE happening place. The bartenders do not disappoint. The shows are great. I also enjoyed that's an adult resort. I recommend this resort. We are Palace resort members and love vacationing at Sun Palace! We have stayed at Sun Palace over 30 times and it never gets old! The staff there are now our family members, and have been for quite some time! We love them all and truly enjoy catching up with all of them, learning about their families, and seeing their smiling faces! We were at Sun Palace for a week this past March. We travelled with one of our daughters, her husband, and another couple which are friends of our daughter. We all had just a super time! Our rooms were fantastic!! Especially ours! This room had just an amazing view! We could clearly see from point to point off of the large balcony!! Absolutely gorgeous!! So thank you very much Sun Palace for that! The food at each of the four restaurants was great as always! There were new menus at Aurora (Mexican), a new chef at Tratoria (Italian), and some new items on the Fuego (American steak)!! All of these changes put a smile on our faces!! Each restaurant goes out of their way to make sure you have been completely satisfied with your dining experience. The entertainment at night, along with the excellent entertainment staff is always a highlight for us! Once again this did not disappoint! Bravo to all! The drinks were wonderful and plentiful! The best bartenders on earth! Our rooms were fantastic was very well maintained and was attended to a couple of times each day! Hats off to the fabulous housekeeping crew! We want to thank each and every person that we can remember, individually as we think they all deserve it! If we leave anybody out, please know that it was not our intention. Karina is by far and away the best server we have ever met! We’ve known Karina as long as we have been coming to Sun Palace! We love her smile, her kind heart, her hard work and dedication and we absolutely love hearing about her family!! Greisey - public relations Wow……. So many wonderful, wonderful people!! It’s hard to put into words how serious we are when we say we love and care dearly for each and every one! It goes without saying, that even as wonderful as the staff is, you need someone at the helm steering the ship to make Sun Palace as great as it is. Senior Cota, you my friend, continue to guide the Sun Palace ship in the correct direction. It takes dedication, vision, and a caring heart to do so! We can not begin to thank you enough for taking care of us while we are there, and taking care of our Cancun home when we are away! We will be back for a 10 day visit beginning July 1st! My Husband and I went for our 7th Anniversary. We have stayed At Sun Palace Several times, but go to one of the palace resorts at least once a year. Sun Palace is my favorite when coming with Adults only. I would like to the Entertainment staff are my favorite part of the Resort. Jesus, Monica,Jonathan, Allan,and Pedro have gift for making you feel welcome, appreciated, and bring so much life and excitement to everyone they see. Always so positive and non stop smiles and making the Sun Palace feel like Home. I’ve never played so much volley ball and participated in the entrainment. BTW, the night entertainment is always spectacular and the Hosts do a great job of making it fun. The Spa is always such a pleasure. I highly recommend Daisy and the Diamond Facial as well as the Deluxe Pedicure. I have never felt more Pampered and Relaxed. She is such a kind and talented person. The Food is always perfect at all of the Restaurants at Sun palace. The service staff are always happy and fun. Both Gerald’s at Araura Mexican restaurant were the best. I
