The chef's dinner was absolutely amazing! We loved Pedro, Chef Javier, and Ali and the rest of the staff. The food was delicious, service was 10/10, and Valentino's beautiful voice was a highlight. We'll definitely be back, we love it here!

It was an amazing trip. The food and beach were amazing. We loved the Thai restaurant the most. Aldo is the best and recommend our dinner for us each night. The chef Angel created some delicious dinners for us. I highly recommend this resort and you can’t go wrong by boiling here. Very clean and the service is top notch.

Honestly, I went not expecting much. The resort is newly renovated so the rooms were very nice and big. It was very clean and smelled nice everywhere. The service was the best at this resort out of all the Palace resorts including Le Blanc Cancun and Los Cabos. I’m not implying Le Blanc service wasn’t good. I’m just saying that’s how much Sun Palace services were great. Food wasn’t the best but they weren’t bad by no means. I enjoyed it very much. The location is perfect! It’s quick in and out of the Hotel Zone. A quick drive to the golf courses which was a huge plus for us since we golfed every day. I would pick this resort over any other ones because of the price point, the service, location and cleanliness! Had an amazing experience for sure!

We had an excellent trip to Sun Palace. It's been quite a few years since our last trip to Sun, and we loved the latest updates. Everything is so relaxing at Sun, and feels classy. We spent the previous week at Hard Rock, and the feeling of peace and calmness that overcame us when we walked in was HUGE. We love HR, but we were more than ready for a new experience. Our room was on the concierge floor and it was beautiful. It overlooked the ocean and we saw some amazing sunrises without even having to get out of our pajamas! We were checked by Christian and he was very efficient and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed all of the restaurants. Our first night we went to Aurora for traditional Mexican food. It wasn't like our Mexican restaurants at home, it had many offerings we had never seen before. Our server, Sandy, was very good at explaining everything to us. Our other favorite was the Thai restaurant. We went there twice, and had Gabriela as a server both times. She was excellent! We also enjoyed Juan Carlo at Fuego. Breakfast at Aurora was our favorite. We LOVED all the people there! Ariadna was so pleasant, greeting us with a smile each morning, and Gabriel was great with my husband, who has a spinal cord injury. He helped with the doors and chairs, anything we needed. Our absolute favorite person of the trip was Juan Guinto in Aurora. He was always smiling, helping us to be seated, and even getting my husband fruit at the buffet since he can't do it himself with his injury. We did one spa day, getting a couples massage and mani/pedi. We relaxed at the hands of Cecelia, Katarina, Citlaly, and Amanda. Highly recommend the hydrotherapy and spa! Our days were spent at the pool, with the pool concierge Danira helping us with chairs, and our servers Gabriel and Carlos getting us Yummy drinks and food. In the evenings we went to the bar to listen to some live music or watch football! We also enjoyed the Jersey Boys! It was a wonderful experience at Sun Palace and we can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time at Thai restaurant two different nights. Gabby was exceptionally attentive to our requests and needs, was very fast, and very friendly. Gabby also went above and beyond our expectations and deserves high praise. Thank you for an amazing time.
