Resort is beautiful and perfect for family. Resort is well maintained and so many activities for kids, adults and teens. Staff is amazing and great with kids. Definitely looking forward to visiting in the future. Thank you Melia Cozumel! I will remember you???? ??

Everyone in the family enjoyed the snorkeling, pickleball, beach volleyball, kid's programs, beautiful beach. It is small place and easy to find each other. Very clean and food is all prepared with bottled water which is also provided in the rooms. Food is ok but we enjoyed our time there very much. It was our 2nd year there and will return! Especially Abril, in the kid's program, was fantastic!! Fantastic staff!!

The resort was very nice with beautiful water and sand. Food was excellent out of buffet and A la cart restaurants. But non of it compares to the joy and the experience of being part of and playing near the kids pool and kids club with Abril and Iris. From the first day until the last we felt very welcome by these two ladies. They love there job and will excel. Our kids will remember this trip for a lifetime. Thanks Meliá and the team. Other honourable mentions: Philipe Eric Ian and Willian (bartenders). And Jorge as a server. Great skills and very welcoming group.

The front desk had wonderful, welcoming staff. They did everything thoroughly. The fine gentleman who took us to our room was kind and courteous. Everyone on staff was awesome! The house cleaners were prompt and thorough. When we needed information we got the help we needed. The entertainment was enjoyable. And the drinks were abundant and delicious!

My husband and I visited Meliá resort in Cozumel. The Mole Tacos restaurant was excellent. Gusto and Jorge were fabulous! They were friendly, helpful and made us feel like family. We ate here 3 times. Be sure to visit this incredible restaurant!
