Rosita, Angela, Irvin and Silvia were excellent. From the service to the food, a girl from a foodie city like Chicago was very happy! I am a pescatarian and without hesitation my serve Angela and cook Irvin created a plan to provide the optimum experience! Thank you so much for an excellent dinner!

Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was excellent and the beaches were clean. We will be planning another trip soon!

Not as expected for the price! Very limited options and variety on almost everything: no animation, same music during the entire week, limited choice for food. Same for drinks- if did not payed for the ''LEVEL'' upbraid. The food is very "local", Mexican food and same every day! Rooms are ok only in the main building; the other buildings are old, rooms are small, very humid and stinky. The beach is good and large but only outside of the water; only 2 days from 7 the water was relatively clean; too much sargassum and garbage in water! On the top of all, watch out on your belongings in the rooms, especially the precious ones must be placed in the safe! If not, risk of robbery (as it was in my case): a golden ring " mysteriously disappeared" from my jewellery bag..

Very nice time at Melia with family! My husband and I traveled with his sister in February to Melia all inclusive Cozumel! They have made improvements at the resort and remodeled the buffet, added a taco bar at the beach and updated the fish house! We were happy to see the resort is upgrading the property! Activities staff and games are fun for families. The water is beautiful! Easy ride from the airport. Snorkeling just feet away! Sandy beach to walk down!
