We stayed at the royalton for our second anniversary. It is not worth it. We paid for a room in the diamond club and the butlers were very kind but were only able to make dinner reservations. Beyond that, any request we made they were unable to accommodate and sent us to guest services which was no where near our room. Communication at this resort was horrific. We payed for a special occasion package and we had to go to guest services to discuss the logistics. When there we asked if we could charge it to the room and were told yes. Several days later they made us make several additional trips saying they could not charge it to the room and upon check out tried to charge us again until they were able to find a record of it that we already paid. We also had a very negative interaction with a person at the excursions desk and when we brought it up to our butler it was not addressed. There were many problems with this hotel and it felt like there was never an opportunity to feel heard. Food was constantly running out and many menu items were unavailable and the different restaurants were not open most days. The food quality was also subpar. Drink service was almost non existent and often times felt like an inconvinence to ask for one even when going directly to the bar. Most employees were seen talking to one another or on phone even when guests were waiting. There seemed to be no management in charge. Also many of the entertainment activities listed were not offered. We went several nights to try and play bingo and ended up waiting over an hour just to listen to a dj play music. Beaches were beautiful but if you are expecting quality service with your stay, stay somewhere else. Loved the island but would never stay here again.

very nice atmosphere and view. Staff are friendly Roneisha is a very good coach training a group of 5 people finishing HIIT. I pretty enjoy sweating and work out by the beach.

I had an amazing time and stay at the resort. Always enjoyed time spent at the diamond club pool. Xavier and Junior provide great atmosphere. They had Fun pool games and vibes. Beautiful view.

Diva made every night so absolutely special! I would have been clueless on vacation without her entertainment. I can't wait to return.

Absolutely amazing service at the spa!!! We plan to return later in the week. It’s our first time in Grenada but definitely will not be our last :)
