I have been doing the yoga class every morning at 7am with Kelson . The class caters for all levels and is a great way to start the morning in the Grenadian sunshine .Kelson is warm and welcoming to all that join the class. Great start to the day

Kelson , our yuga instruction was fantastic. He was very patient with us a beginners and motivated us throughout the session. I will highly recomend his classes at 7:am daily. Great job!
