Water aerobics was the bomb excellent invigorating n fun he even had my 79 year old out there doing exercises n loving it Excellent activity for all to enjoy

Just finished a workout with Kelson in the pool as a nurse and an owner of a fitness facility I must say doing it in the pool. It’s very invigorating he made it fun, engaging and it’s for all levels and all ages. Thank you Kelson for an amazing first day.

I had such a wonderful conversation with Danielle. She was very accommodating and friendly. We felt so comfortable and inviting during our stay. Stay went above and beyond to give us confit and relaxation. Book the trip ! Grenada is beautiful! And the Royalton is beautiful!

Arrived at 2:30pm waited for a room until 5pm. Traveling with my husband and daughter who is teenager. My suitcase was given to someone else. So stay with your bags. By chance we happen to be talking to the guy at lobby who said - oh my wife has your bag. Finally get a room at 5pm with one bed. Clearly we do not fit. Rooms here are assigned random not based on what is booked. After much sweat and waiting for someone who would own up to this - SURPRISE no room availability. Now waiting on a roll up cot! We’re only here 72 hours what a waste of an entire day! Don’t stay here!! Horrible service. Manager Alejandro - no information/ no help.

We just checked out from such a beautiful Diamond Club Experience at Royalton Grenada! The staff in the Diamond Club and also 95 % around the resort are extremely friendly and accommodating. The other 5% weren’t so much but I did not let that ruin my stay just an area for more training I would assume. We were checked in by Brandon the Diamond Club Manager. During our entire stay he would check up on us and ensure that everything went well. A positive thing about him is that he is always moving around and smiling and greeting the guests. Another highlight of our trip would have to be our Butler Edson! He pays attention to details and goes over and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were well taken care of. There was no request too big or small for him. The resort does need a little face lift and I would assume management will get that done. We enjoyed the food by Grazie and Ma Maison. It was a very relaxing week for us and we will definitely be back. But if you are looking for someone that will take care of you during your stay ask for Brandon!
