It was hard to find the front desk but when we did it was self check in with a kiosk. Hard to use and ended up hitting upgrade room. Got to our room and it was a downgrade. Two full beds instead of a king bed. Had a busy day so decided to deal with it in the morning. Next morning went to take a shower and there was hair all over the walls of the shower. It made me sick to the point I almost threw up. Dirty hair in the corner by the tub as well. Went to front desk to complain and she couldn’t do anything for me without my husband along. Even though I checked in and used all my information on registration. We had reservations to get to so we decided to do it later. I had already cleaned the shower and bathroom. so we could use it. Got back late and stayed in the room but it was never cleaned. Next day went and talked to front desk again. They apologized and said we could move but we were leaving at 6am in the morning so it seemed pointless at this time. Asked if we could get towels since ours were all dirty. She assured me they would be delivered and offered to take off two days of resort fees for our trouble. Well….never got any towels delivered. Room was never cleaned. Thanks for taking off some resort fees after staying in the nasty room.

The steak was cooked perfectly and our server Joe was a Rockstar! I will be back.

I left my favorite T Shirt in the room over a week ago. Called L&F. They had it! Pulled into the garage and asked if I had pay for parking while I was just picking up the lost item from security. Tara was so nice, told me where to park and called L&F to make sure it was already at security. Diana from housekeeping came outside to give it to me!! Great customer service by both these friendly ladies. Thank You!

Found medicine (pills) on my floor upon arrival and they were never cleaned during our stay. I asked the room attendant down the hall to please clean and vacuum. She offered me the vacuum The fix was waving my report fees. Could have done more
