STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL ITEMS STOLEN BY HOUSEKEEPING
Culture46951207111 on Jun 05, 2026
Durning my stay I had item's stolen from my room during Housekeeping service, wrote several emails and made many calls now guest services screen my calls and won't let me talk to management. Security has ignored all correspondence and the hotel won't make right on my problem. ill continue to search for more emails to forward my issue to but will not stop till a resolution is presented by this hotel.

Serious Serious Shortcomings

From the first moment walking into the hotel there was disappointment and substandard service at every turn (except Chart House). Having watched Tillman Fertitta's Billionaire Buyer show I expected every detail at the hotel to buttoned-up. Frankly it's old...looks old and feels old. There was no human contact at the front desk upon check-in. Just a bossy, unfriendly, impatient woman directing you to check in on one of the kiosks. When I finally got to my room which couldn't have been any farther from the elevators, I saw a sparsely appointed hotel room. Looking for the mini-fridge. None. Looking for the coffee maker. None. No hair dryer. Every hotel I've stayed in the past 20 years has these amenities. (I was told I could upgrade to a room with a fridge for $20 a night. Nickel and diming. The lamps are old and don't have any modern ports. Fortunately they had installed a stand-alone bank of these for charging your devices. There was no desk: more of a makeup table with a little kid's stool. Housekeeping is so slow it was into late afternoon before they ever made it to my room, so I kept the privacy please sign on the door. Although I walked past several members of housekeeping in the hallway during my stay there was no common courtesy greeting as you may be accustomed to. They did their level best to ignore you. I checked in around 4:00 on a Wednesday and on my floor there was a room service tray of half-eaten fruit in the hallway outside a room (who knows how long it had been there). I must walked past this same tray a dozen or more times and finally Friday evening I took a picture of it because it is so emblematic of the apparent attitude of indifference of the employees. It was gone by Saturday morning; a guest must have taken it downstairs. The bathroom fixtures are old and frankly the tub is unsafe due to the unusual incline around the perimeter. Toilet flush though - think airliner grade suction! If Vegas wants to save on water they should regulate or put restrictions on the GN. There's so water pressure and thus wasted water, that the tub nearly fills up during a shower. I do like the restaurants and the food and the service there though, having been to Chart House and Saltgrass several times each. As a final parting shot at a guest I spoke to someone before bed the last night for a very early wake-up call to make a 6:10am flight. Guess what---no wake up call and I damn near missed my flight. So I'll return to the Nugget for food and the occasional wager but no way I would ever stay there again. Pity the poor Caesar's Entertainment properties when they get a dose of this management style.
I won’t be going back

I once loved this hotel and casino. Not anymore. I find the staff to be rude (especially the cage employees). Over half the cash out machines are down. The rooms are old and dated: it’s sad to say but they have really let the place run down. It’s really sad to see a place I enjoyed for years disappoint like this.
