It’s always wonderful when representatives of the hotel leave you with a great feeling!! Yesterday we met Darlean and she’s one of these amazing, positive energy people! Great job GN in selecting top notch reps for your hotel!

Guess I should have looked at yelp reviews. After a group of 6 of us spent close to 20k in our 4 day trip to nugget doing everything from Vic Anthony’s to the bars and gambling. Everything was mediocre. All of us had upgraded rooms. Moldy ceilings drains not draining. Sheets not even full length on the bed. But what pisses me off the most is I called because I had a voucher from gambling not huge only 200 I forgot about in my wife’s purse I called and they said oh you have to come back to cash that can’t mail it anymore Won’t be coming back

Great experience, Amanda was very helpful and an absolute pleasure to have help out after a 16 hour delayed flight.

I lost my phone at the slot machine, but security retrieved it and had it at the desk in no time. Bobby, the security guard, was incredibly kind and helpful. I give five stars to the security department at Golden Nugget for their trustworthiness!

Disappointed for the first time. We always come here and ask for a paid upgrade, or tip $100. My husband had 4 free nights and booked a California King.However, this time we were told only a host can upgrade (really?). We've always gotten nice rooms with good view, but figured the California King would be in a good location with a good view, but we're looking at the fremont canopy and roofs from the 7th floor ??. Tipped for an upgrade at the plaza last trip and the guy took the money but didn't give an upgrade, so at the the Nugget beat that! It's a nice room, but I've been spoiled the Nugget by Strat and pool views from a high floor. Oh well, we did get what we booked, just didn't really think the premium California King s would at least have nice views.
